I am almost 30 days post op and I\'m having aesthetic unhappiness with my new penis. Since I live in S. Korea and I can\'t get back to see Dr. C for round two for at least 8 months, I am considering having a procedure with Dr. Cho who has been discussed a lot on this forum in regards to glans enhancement.

As I have read his website with google translate, I noticed that his description of \"Pen Rai\" which is the translated name of Lipen-10 or Lipen-P for some reason, it\'s stated that it last for 10 years or so. Here is the google translate description. Obviously it\'s not a perfect translation but it seems that he is saying it\'s not permanent and that it breaks down eventually. the website is androcho.com if you want to research further. Anyways I will get more info when I have my appointment in about another month or so. If any Korean lurkers could read the Korean from the site and give a better explanation that would be great.

* The main component of the cross-linked Pen Rai dextran (; volume of 80%) and PMMA (; volume of 15%), respectively, both the \"\'living\' graft material\" is. * <\'live\' graft material> The meaning of ? \"new self-forming collagen (= Neocollagenesis)\" refers to the nature of a graft material rich \"Neocollagenesis\" as a result of the graft material is biodegradable in vivo, even after I\'m gone longer than the effect of keeping the volume represents a characteristic . * dextran materials in vivo before and after about a year, and the most biodegradable, PMMA is very slowly over a period of 10 years exploded. The ingredients are all excellent \"Neocollagenesis\" the bulk of the characteristics that make up the majority of the biodegradable dextran at 1 year after a very long time (10 years?) By a decrease in the volume effect noticeable. Material that is implanted disappears is broken down into self-organization seems to be appropriate to change the expression below, please refer to the histologic findings (histological picture) * On the contrary, so far mainly been used which are a key component of collagen implant material, the dermis, fat, cartilage, bone, ligaments and Hyaluronic Acid are all \"Neocollagenesis\" right to have the characteristics. So conceptually \'live (= Living)\', the opposite of \'dead (= Dead)\' Implant he expressed. The \'Dead\' Implants are a major component of skin tissue and at the same time absorbed in the volume of biodegradable Thoroughly effect disappears. Currently, most of the major component of collagen filler products, Hyaluronic Acid, and parts are generally too fast at the point of common problems pointed out. Pen Rai to overcome these problems is the ideal graft material for a penis enlargement.

Well, may be the \"gains\" are not permanent but the PMMA Beads that are injected into the body will never desolve. So the PMMA beads are permanent but the gains from the collagen build up around these plastic beads is \"dynamic\" as in it will always be changing due to age and the immune system response to these beads. This is why I think some guys lose some Girth after a few months, as I did, but ever so little...
