Yeah cheers D, Idiano, well I thought about things I could do to make it look more natural like having a full Circumcision, I may even continue to look into this and go ask David Ralph see if there\'s anything he can do about it, the only thing is my friend who I was in K with had a full circ and he also has this kind of pushed forward effect, where the remaining skin is pushed forward due large ammount of injected material and leads to a hot dog effect, his doesn\'t look as unatural as mine because he had a lot less than me, me and him both wish we\'d had 35ml we both think this is ideal ammount for easthetics.

Since i am almost sure about getting a Girth procedure,i am starting to think a lot about the consequences; but not only the aesthetic ones...for example,it came to my mind a practical/social problem i would like to ask you about,that is : How do you deal with the fact of getting girls? I mean..if you date a girl that know your friends,even remotely,and she calls you out for having had something done,and eventually she tells it to other people,you basically have to move to another city?

It would of probably been easier for me to have just had HA and had top ups every 6 months, then I would of been able to tell any future wife that I have risk free temp filler to increase Girth every 6 months which would not be as bad, they would be more understanding, now I will have to tell them I\'ve had permanant filler injected which may cause problems for me in the future, which makes me sound like an idiot.
If I\'d of had 35ml or less I might of got away with saying nothing but in reality i think if you\'ve had a procedure you will have to tell any future wife about it at somepoint.
The biggest advice I can give you is to move city or country after you\'ve had a procedure and start a new life.

I had Botox and Radiesse yesterday for nasalobial folds from my dentist who\'s a woman.
I told her about my procedure was quite impressed with how cool she was about it, she told me that if she met a man who had HA to increase Girth now and again she wouldn\'t mind she got quite exited about it at this point and said she might send her husband to get HA HA, but she said it would put her off if a man had had a more permanent procedure and said the main thing for her was for a man to have a healthy one.
