My that was enlightening. Thanks.

I\'ve tried manual lengthening for 3.5 years with about 3/8\" length gain. In August 2011 I started with an extender for 8 months and gained 3/8\", but pelvis sores and corona ridge sores (stress triggering herpies flarups) caused me to stop using an extender, also began pumping throughout 3 years, then tied Phallosans for six months, then Penimaster Pro for six months, then Bib Hanging working up to 12 lbs over 8 months, then 3 LG hangers over another 8 months. Each night wearing a AB Silicone tube for Turtling prevention. Total EL gain 3/8\", total FL gain 3/8\".

So, I\'ve come to a place of considering surgery. At 55 years of age, I don\'t feel comfortable waiting another 10 years of 2 hour stretching a day to see another 1/2\" gain.

You give us the length in time you PE but months of PE means NOTHING. You have to be persistent. EVERYDAY. No BS slacking off with minimal days off. You can honestly say you put 100% into EVERY WORKOUT, EVERYDAY, for the stretch of time and you got zilch out of it? People who see less than half of an Inch gain in over a period of a year are either doing something wrong or lying about the consistantcy they put in to it. Just my opinion.

I also believe your being kinda lazy with all these devices. (WASTE OF FUCKING MONEY DUDE) you was BORN with your lengthening device and its FREE!!! YOUR HANDS!! stop with all the the gadgets and pull that bitch out the socket with your hands. (SAFELY). TOO much laziness going on in the PE world stop looking for short cuts all the time use the basics and stay consistent. How can I talk? I\'ve Gained and lost length multiple times so I know when I see BS. GOOGLE JP90 start with that THEN move on to more intense exercises. STILL with your hands. THEN you move in to fancy gadgets. You jumping around too much. Stick with straight manual and go from there. good luck.

Thank you for your voice of reason and experience. Yes, I have jumped around too much, I realize that now, but in 2011 when I began this journey, I didn\'t know of PEGYM or Thunders Place or this board. Then I discovered the boards, and sort of started over. I also took a break, then started up again with JP90\'s program for OVER 90 days. No gain in length, perhaps slight gain in Girth.

Yes, I am lazy and 55. I don\'t want to commit this amount of time to PE. I have other things in life more important, so I\'m looking for some short cuts. I don\'t mind admitting it. My plan is lig cutting, stretching, extending and Hanging per doctors recommendations, then after a year, PMMA for Girth.

Wow, I had written out a huge reply and it just disappeared. Anyway, long story short. If you have trouble sticking to a regiment CONSISTENTLY don\'t get the lig cut. Depending on the doc the regiment may differ, but an hour and a half of low weight (5-8lbs) of Hanging and 6-8 hours of ADS wear 7 days a week for upwards of 6 months isn\'t unheard of. You take a break too early and you greatly increase the chances of retraction occuring.

This happened to me before. So every time before I post I just copy what I wrote just in case.

I used the Jez Extender back in 2006, 3 times a week for 5 hours a night.......use one day & rest the next day was my plan.........within 4 months, I saw 1/2 Inch length......I wish I would have stuck with it but work had me way too busy & in 2009, I got the Elist implant & we all know about that clown........

I think every guys body is different & it reacts differently with these exercises. IMO, & I\'ve also read this somewhere, if you want gains with a good stretching device, (no smoking, eat healthy, no masturbating or sex), by the way, I didn\'t masturbate or have sex in those 4 months I gained 1/2 an Inch with the extender.

There are certain things that really help with getting Erect gains & certain things you should not do like masturbate while stretching.

personally i\'ve found manual exercises to be much more effective. i know there\'s all kinds of fancy names for them but i like them because you can easily adjust based on how you feel. i usually pull straight down, left, right flush with my body. then pull from behind my legs (like a self reach around) and pull it up back between my butt cheeks, then sorta squat up and down (gets a lot of pressure but you can be really sensitive to how you feel and not go too far). then release and pull over my wrist. release, twist left around a few times then pull out from the base, same but right. then repeat that a few times. helps to warm up a lot by running under warm/hot water first and after. at the very end i\'ve experimented with but am not sure it helps, pulling it as far as possible and holding there while putting it under cool water, feels like it might \"set\" it? not sure about that though.

I asked Dr. Capriotti a few questions via his assistant Patty because the doctor doesn\'t want to talk to patients until the pre-op meeting the day before. But he does surgery\'s on Monday\'s so that means that if your from out of living in Houston, you have to stay the weekend. I asked about his PRP procedure and Patty said that since you want that too... the doctor is canceling the lengthening procedure.

Patty kept trying to sell me doing the FFT for Girth. Anyway, I won\'t be going to Dr. Capriotti for anything.

I\'ve looked more into the P-shot, and may just do that and not the lig cut. Thanks for everyones support.
