TOPIC: What's the purpose of massaging PMMA?

I\'ve never had PMMA so I have no idea how it works but maybe you should just not touch it at all and let Wade do it when you see him everyday for the 3 days after. I know I had a different product injected but as soon as I layed my hands on it all I did was make 10 times worse. I think sometimes it\'s better to just do nothing but who am I to say

Not an expert either but I would bet the point of the massage is to keep it from clumping together - which most matter has a tendency to do. Kind of like stirring a pot with more than 1 ingredient.

I guess after my imperfections you would wonder \'why\', but my round 2 (non sleeve) went acceptably smoothly. Not saying there weren\'t imperfections from it but nothing crazy like the first round. As long as I stay away from the sleeve I\'m hoping I\'ll be okay like I was after round 2.

I do plan to go in later once I have a thicker \'core\' from PMMA to have any leftover topups covered with Juvederm Ultra to see if I like that better than permanent silicone.

They aren\'t wrong in my opinion. But then again you have to define health risks. I think one should only consider a PE procedure (maybe not HA, as if done properly is pretty damn safe) if they feel the benefits to their mental heath outweigh the risks of the possible physical complications. But when making this decision one must always keep in mind that the physical issues can lead to mental health issues that are as bad, or worse, than those caused by having a penis they are unhappy with in the first place.

To put it simply, you must be aware that your mental health has suffered terribly since you had PMMA. So whilst the physical health risks are things like granuloma etc, that wont kill you, the impact on your mental health can be very serious.

1) My opinion is to handle your unit as little as possible.

2) I\'d massage only if the PMMA got moved out of shape for whatever reason.

3) Wear baggy pants and boxer shorts as much as you can. Go pants less at home if possible.

4) Sleep on your back so that you don\'t accidentally crush your unit during sleep. I\'d even lightly tape (paper surgical tape) the penis so that it remains vertically up on your belly.

I did my first round about 3 months ago and when I do my second round, I\'m going to be doing what I just described. I\'m a side sleeper so number 4 is going to be tough for me.

Going commando 24/7 isn\'t always an option with me and my butt gets sweaty when I sit on any leather chair, so I wore \"Fruit of the loom\" boxers and stuck my package out of the fly.

Why are you going against the advice of an extender. The esl40 only attaches to the glans so no shaft would even be affected.

If it comes to post-op instructions, I\'d take Wade\'s prescribed protocol over anything read here. Why? Because he has both the sample size of our progress reports & the sample size of lurkers (who easily out # reporters). With that said, despite the myriad of posts that quote or paraphrase what Wade has said before (about this topic\'s inquiry), I advise you ask him in person exactly that question: what is the purpose of massaging your penis just after your procedure. He may be able to give you an answer tailored in context to your situation...which I hope for the love of all that is good, sees a happy ending. Good luck friend
