TOPIC: Bigger Glans when Erect - Operation to make venes smaller?

Hi!

When i am Erect, my glans mostly is still soft..
i guess only when i am the hardest of hard, when very excited and a few seconds before coming, my glans is a bit harder.
(Perhaps i injured myself with penis enlargement over time? I was not so aware of glans-hardness before penis enlargement attempts)

But: doing a jelq Erect or half-Erect, just pushing some blood into the glans with the hand, the glans gets sooo much bigger.

I guess: there is no operation where they \'just\' make venes (blood vessels going out of the penis) going to the glans a bit smaller so more blood is trapped in a normal Erection? (resulting in this biiig glans i achieve by pushing blood into it with hands)

I have the same issue basically. Unfortunately it\'s not that easy. There is a surgery but it\'s complicated and probably expensive. The veins are supposed to close and trap blood in the penis but for some of us, this is not working well and the blood escaped causing deflated glans and weaker erections.
