You have all brought up a good point about the juvederm and Restylane question. I did ask him why he preferred Restylane over juvederm, but he just said he saw better results with it as juvederm is thicker. I\'ll definitely give the clinic a call though -price isn\'t an issue for me, so I definitely will go with what seems best.

Anything else you guys recommend doing? I\'m going to do the procedure soon. Will not say the exact date because I don\'t people to be able to identify me. I will absolutely post the results here though.

I\'m anxious about the procedure actually... I have been psyching myself out by reading a bunch of journal articles that relate to Hyaluronic Acid penile enlargements. This is without a doubt probably the safest procedure (no way am I touching PMMA) possible for to increase the Girth, but I\'m just so scared. What if 2 years down the line I suddenly get a granuloma or skin Necrosis?

How do you guys cope with the risk so much? If I was already 5\" Girth....I would think probably 5 times harder about doing this procedure. For me, being 4.3\" Girth is really a stinger and so that\'s why I\'m even considering this in the first place.

I\'m trying to hedge my risks and really come up with a backup plan in case something bad does happen afterwards (contacting urologists, heller, etc).

Why would you get skin Necrosis after 2 years?

Also I think granulomas are incredibly rare with HA and even if you got one I wouldn\'t worry. You can just dissolve it.

Juvederm is an umbrella brand as is Restylane. It really depends on which specific version he uses. Juvederm Voluma is considered the best for deep tissue and is firmer. Restylane has a much shorter shelf life and the thickest version is less thick than Juvederm Voulma. At some point it is also going to matter what it feels like under your skin. Most doctors that do PE with HA go for Juvederm Voulma which is considered the standard. Also as dr. Oates said, there is less hyaluronidase in the penis, which is what dissolves the HA over time and is naturally occuring - it is also what they inject when they dissolve this stuff. I believe Oates said he has found the thicker stuff like J.V. can last up to 2 years. I suppose the same is true for Restylane.

Lumping has more to do with bad technique than the actual product used if you are talking about HA. I have seen some good HA dicks with Juvederm and some not so good ones - it has a lot to do with the injector.

Necrosis is only going to happen if he uses a needle and enters a vein and does not have hyaluronidase on hand to dissolve it immediately. you are not going to get that from a cannula - but if you are this nervousI would wait and think about what you are doing and do more research in the meantime. I would also ask what gains he thinks he can get you with 10CC\'s. It also has to do with the length of your Dick obviously.

I would love to see pictures of HA procedures. I have been able to find none online. Will likely have the procedure done in the fall.

You were just there. Prices change pretty frequently.

He charges $2300 for 10CC, $3300 for 15CC. The product he uses is Restylane Lift, which is the thickest form of Restylane that they offer. He\'s done about 75 procedures so far. For PE, he usually does fat harvesting in which he\'s done thousands for many years.

I\'m just freaking out too much. Honestly, right now is the best time for me to get the procedure because I\'ll actually be near to a doctor in NY for the next year because of work.
No guarantee that I\'ll be near a doctor who does HA after that.

I have to say though, he was quite professional when I met him and I was quite calm talking to him.

How many cc\'s do you plan on getting?

Restylane and juvederm are competitors, voluma is a marketing ploy it\'s really the same as juvederm plus, it\'s just a bigger molecule, don\'t be fooled. Restylane last about the same as juvederm at least in our practice. and yes technique is everything. u can get Necrosis with a needle or a cannula, it\'s just easier with a needle

Does he have a website that shows his prices. Also I remember him having a Bellafill mix with two fillers.

Omega, do you know if he does glans enhancement?

I didn\'t ask him about glans procedure so I don\'t know. He was not willing to quantify specific gains with the procedure.

I gotta say the thought of getting a granuloma a year down the line freaks me out. I might not be in NY after a year.
