When did you guys notice the hardening? I\'m 10 weeks out and the 30% still seems soft-ish.. Not natural but def not rock hard..

Way before 10 weeks, dprice. Within 2 weeks. Those areas tended to worsen 6 months later, but they were all obvious problems within 2 weeks (some even 3 days). I had 2 prior experiences with metacrill to compare it to, and there was never anything like that.

Its actually doing better since I\'ve been using traction and taking daily Cialis again..and got more Kenalog-40. It was feeling like a big weird rock-like formation around the shaft, so I had Kenalog-40 and 5fu into the worst of it that shrunk it 15-20% (in about a month) but the hardness is still present and apparent visually and to the touch. It\'s not as bad, though. Flaccid, it still feels really weird. Erect isn\'t as bad...just has a few obvious lumps Erect still.

@Smalljay: I had LinneaSafe for round 1 (both were offered). I was happy with the results so I had it all set up to use LinneaSafe for round 2. Unfortunately, they were out of LinneaSafe when I showed up so I had Metacrill for round 2. I\'m happy with the result with Metacrill too. Botttom line: I don\'t think it makes a difference.

Did you end up getting Kenalog? I think it can make it worse, in a weird way. It helps the softer parts of the nodules will start to dissolve with Kenalog, and it so it can shrink them a little - but then the harder and more irregular parts of the nodules (not amenable to Kenalog because they are all PMMA or too close to the skin to inject) stick out more & are more irregular. Also, I have a few white spots, though very minor.

Was the cannula/break-apart method not successful? I think that is really the better option for nodules now that I\'ve been through everything, basically. Surgery risks are high too, and it can leave more irregularities to pluck out one lump from all the PMMA, and the scar left behind isn\'t as stretchy as penile skin normally is.

Restoration when u mention the skin not being as stretchy because of the scar, do you think this is why length can be lost? Its still early but I definitely think I lost some length and am wondering if its cuz of the skin tightening

They cut an Inch of skin out in the Erect state (over two procedures). That\'s how I lost length. The scar is the size of a hair.
