I saw the photo of a rather thick penis and can only assume the poster has a psychological issue for wanting to be larger.

I had PMMA twice and hate its have hard lumps that I\'m looking I to now to get cut out.
I\'m going to have FFT to fill these areas which isn\'t perfect itself but seems to be the only option for me.
My advice would be stay away from PMMA at all costs. Poor results and after care either slow or ignored.

I am not sure where Belafill is made (American PMMA) I\'d have to look into it, but regardless, it would require US inspectors to visit regularly. Almost nothing is made in the USA anymore, but that doesn\'t mean they can follow rules of other countries on products approved for use in the USA by the FDA.

Next: Are they owned by Nutricel or or Sadele? I found Sadele, but I can\'t figure out who actually owns them. Sadele\'s website is just garage openers and other security equipment.

Finally, when you do a search for Nutricel and Guapimirim (where the lab is), you get pages like this:
