PMMA will not necessarily fix your insecurities. We have similar lengths, and after two rounds of PMMA I am now 5.5 inches in Girth. I still feel small at times. I know the statistics put me on the high side of average but that does not change deep insecurities. I do not regret the PMMA one bit, but you would probably gain more confidence from continued weight loss.
