I\'ve actually been patted down a couple times from TSA. I also do sweat a lot and I\'ve seen the pic where it shows a mark on my back so I know it\'s not totally my junk. I have also kept on a plastic belt and I think that\'s been caught too. I really don\'t believe it\'s Cock related. I do kind of get a kick out of it. I know they\'re just doing their job and they didn\'t put the procedures in place individually but the way they explain how they are going to \"take the back of their hand to rub over your penis\" is hilarious. Oh yeah it will be detected 100%. I never even thought off these things before I got it. Got some embarrassing times ahead in life but will have to deal with it. It\'s 100% PMMA related(or dense scar tissue related) unlike what the wingman thinks. I have never been stopped at the airport TSA with yellow box around my privates before PMMA. Since then it has happen about 12/12 times... how could it not be that. I wear simple sweat pants usually which would cause no anomalies. The MRI like machine picks up the dense of the unnatural penis and sends a signal to tell TSA that it\'s not normal. The end. Sucks but can be dealt with.

My Flaccid is comparable to yours. Maybe a tad shorter in length. I have no idea but I have been flagged every single flight. I look back at the screen and there is a yellow box on my crotch without fail. I know just joke and say \"yellow box on the crotch eh\" and they say you know the drill and give me a quick rundown of what they\'re gonna touch. I started out smaller than you at 5.0\" Erect and now about 6.75\" Erect. But Flaccid was 4.5ish and now around 6.25in. I had some serious scar tissue growth and that could be possibly why. I mostly always wear sweat pants and boxers when I fly so it hangs large in that attire. I have been stopped in jeans as well so not sure.. I\'ve just learned to accept it.

i have been stopped once for crotch padown in netherlands the yellow box on crotch appeared and they checked me up. I dont have any PMMA in me. But many years of manual PE and quite a bit of gains. Flaccid is around 6x5

If there is any wetness anywhere the machine picks it up as an anomaly to be patted down. I\'ve had my crotch show up when it was a bit wet down there. I\'ve also had other areas of the body show up that happened to be a little wet. I\'m guessing that after the PMMA session due to after care massaging etc. you must have been moist in that region so the scanner picked it up for secondary pat down.
