Just a thought and discussion been having.

Ignoring cutting of ligaments, and just looking at injections.

What do people think would give you that locker room monster most. As in the ability to achieve it. PMMA? Silicon? Temp Cosmetic Filler?

He does it as micro droplets, not as a full-on procedure.

Isnt dr loria the only one who does full rounds of silkon? Dr c does them after you\'ve had rounds of PMMA first.

Of the three silicon is the only one that will not reduce in size, or have any absorbsion, so as briceb points out, it\'s the one that can make you huge tge easiest. Good luck with EQ and sensitivity though.

They all three can do it. It just depends on if you want just pure size or believability. You can get to MUCH bigger sizes with silicon, but you can sacrifice aesthetics.
I guess it depends on what you have as your ultimate goal and what you consider a \"locker room monster.\"

I say PMMA and temporary fillers. Having just silkon1000 will it seem fake. Sometimes there a lot of irregularities from PMMA, but no Dick is perfect so its fine. HA would give a good natural appearance but it doesnt last long and i think it would start to look unnatural as it absorbs.
