Although, I believe, hair transplant is now remarkably successful and undetectable. It has come a long way in the last 20 yrs.

Same with nonsurgical Phalloplasty. It is still not ideal but so much better. Dr C is getting great results with PMMA. I am not keen on permanent fillers and so developed Calibre with HA. To me safety is everything - so I like the reversibility. But lots of guys here still go on about it shrinking so quickly and needing top-up every 6 mths or year. That just has not been our experience. Maybe it is the fillers we use. I think there are doctors who don\'t use HA or just don\'t want to do injectable Phalloplasty that talk it down without any real experience.

George,

Also, don\'t forget another reason men don\'t undergo hair transplant is that it has mixed results. Success is not reliable. Transplanted hair can fall out later, leaving the patient with a bald head and a scarred or depleted donor area in the back of the head.

I think Geroge says it all here.

We do this though desperation or through seriously bad decision making.

If you\'re average and do this then you\'re mad. Should be a last ditch attempt at a decent quality of life. Too many risks to be anythng else.

Maxim magazine has a last minute offer to place the full page ad plus a full page editorial, so we are going for it. Even though we have had ZERO calls from the full page ad in Men\'s Health....
We also just found out today that our paper has been accepted for publication in Aesthetic Surgery Journal. I want to talk about that in the editorial but my wife says no one will care and just focus on what the treatment does and the benefits.
So what would guys (especially the uninitiated ) want to be reading?

Plus everyone fee free to go to our facebook page and like it or go to the webpage and flick through lots of pages and spend a few minutes reading. Apparently will be good for our Google ranking....

Dr Oats thanks for the explanation

Postcard is good, I don\'t think I would really want to be carrying around a postcard with Penis on it. Enhancement is more of a wanting to read as its a broader term

Well done Dr Oates. I like the ad and the updated website. You\'re getting a good before and after gallery happening, and as they say, a picture says a thousand words.

I agree that this sort of thing will take off big time over coming years. I know its only early days but do you have plans of expanding into Queensland?

it\'s very subtle and i like subtle, i think it\'s a good foot in the door for people already searching out the procedure. i think the larger the ad the better, if it\'s too small people may read over it and not read the print.

If we want a specific PRP thread I will start one. Interesting but unproven is my feeling. Low risk apart from expense.

We also have postcards - it has been suggested it is too subtle because it does not mention penis on the front. Thoughts?

Hi BigManX,

We do a lot of botox but not so much to the scrotum. It can be used to decrease the Dartos muscle activity - causing the wrinkling of the skin. Some guys can find that the skin is too tight and uncomfortable. Botox there may allow a bit of extra hang too. The testicles are supported by the cremaster muscle too. That is what can retract the testicles right up towards the abdomen . It is deeper in and I have not injected that myself, but where you need to inject to get more hang to the testicle.

It would take a decent dose so be quite expensive for a short lived benefit I wold imagine.

There is quite a bit of info on PRP under erectile dysfunction. PRP is the unbranded \"P-Shot\" so harvesting 60ml of blood then spinning out 6- 8ml of platelets. It improves function and sensitivity moderately well. The originator Dr Charles Runnels claims increased size in combination with pumping but whether that is more that the guy may have got with pumping is unclear. The good thing about PRP is that it is all your own growth factors and nothing synthetic.

Dr Oats having already been a patient in sydney for Calibre do you offer botox scrotum injections ?

Website looks great better then the clinics ones. Curious is the model a patient too.

Whats the PRP shot and why is it a good addition to Calibre? (website doesn\'t really explain why yet)
