To keep your Balls producing what, sperm or testosterone? The gland that controls production of testosterone is, I think, the pituitary. Once sensors (as in your car) informs it that there is already the hormone in the blood, it instructs cessation of the hormone production. Long term of this results in Atrophy of the Balls, hence sperm production, libido, etc. Gels or patches are more than sufficiently strong enough for any use (even touching them has profound effects in susceptible persons). Your Balls Atrophy when you have more T than your body\'s natural equilibrium. Patches, gels, injections and underskin tabs all can cause your Balls to shrink. This can be offset with hgh injections.

Offset with hcg not hgh. But you still must do it with proper dosing. I get mine through a doctor who monitors my T level.

To combat testicular Atrophy, HCG which is a luteinizing hormone mimetic is used.

Off hand do you know if there is a level at which Atrophy can occur - like over 400mg weekly or 500 etc, or will even 250 do that?

The shrinkage occcurs only in the testicles, not the penis. HCG is used to reduce this by mimicking luteinizing hormone and stimulating the testes. TRT is over prescribed and should always be a last resort. I brought my T levels from the mid 400\'s to over 750 naturally. I\'m soon to be 44yo.

How did you increase your testosterone naturally? I\'m 31 my t levels are at 345 and I feel like shit. I have testosterone prescribed but I don\'t want to become sterile.. thank I\'m super new and browsing.
