Gents - I have never noticed penis \"enhancements\" in porn, however just came across this clip and believe this guy has a sleeve/implant or maybe PMMA. At the 2:55 mark you can see it. Thoughts.

Well if it is in enhancement, I\'d sure like to know what it is because it looks way better than my grainy and lumpy PMMA. Mine would be called out as fake immediately. I doubt that guy has anything done.

At the two minute and 55 mark, for a few seconds, it appears his unit is a fat sleeve with a gap betwen the sleeve and glans. Is this natural, or just another Dick with its own variation.
