I think it\'s a language issue. We know she\'s done more than 20 PE\'s just from people who post here. You\'ve got to keep in mind we have about 6 times as many viewers of the forum as we do actual members, so it\'s reasonable to assume she\'d have done at least 100 procedures just as a result of PB\'s. That\'s being very conservative.

In my case (in your case also?) it was this:
Swelling all around. Foreskin swells so much that it
1. goes not over penis head anymore but more towards shaft and sits there
2. because it\'s so swollen, the foreskin is so fat, it presses inward into the penis and presses all the filler out

My not-fully-thought-out idea to prevent this was to
before or after procedure (+before swelling) to have some device that stretches foreskin over the penishead -> then it does not go back and do this bad stuff

Anyway, i will make further picture updates and make following rounds, so you and everyone can see if this will ever be a problem in my case.

No PMMA got into the Foreskin. Just when it retracts the Foreskin kind of dam\'ed when it met the PMMA which caused a lump. If you have tighter Foreskin this will probably be less of a problem as it does not move as much.

BTW you will get the same template email response today as you would have got in 2011 from Dr N. Eastenders got the same reply in 2011 as I did last December. My impression of her is she is very busy and does not have to put much effort into marketing herself. For instance on her website it does not even mention she does PE.

When I say my penis Foreskin is tight I mean there is one particular ring ( the pinky bit in the pictures above) which grips tight around the shaft and doesn\'t have much outward stretch in it. My Foreskin in general is quite loose and I can pull it quite far back down my shaft and over the top of the head. I am worried that this combination might mean that PMMA is not able to get past the pink tight ring and will bulk up around the bottom of the shaft. Especially when pulling back the Foreskin. Do you think there is anyway that PMMA can be placed underneath the tight area in order to stretch it or will the fact that it\'s tight just push all the PMMA out anyway?

Dream when are you going for your next round? It\'s curious that Dr N doesn\'t place PMMA so much at the base, I would probably want her to do this for me and then slightly taper it smaller towards the head to account for no PMMA under the Foreskin

Btw my bad reaction around the foreskin in R1 is why I won\'t be getting any more. I have lose foreskin that retracts easily and I believe more could result in pernament lumps. Not worth the risk.

You stopped after Round 1 because you feared exactly this thing, that it will be weird because it will stay thin in the area of the foreskin?

Don\'t know yet when i want to make second round - i will make a post about \'ideal pause between pmma sessions\'.

Yea, i think not putting it at the base is good for aesthetics. In a way that when i am soft, it looks like the whole penis is pretty much the same girth, cause everything is pushed together. Now when i have an erection, i see that the base is thin. I saw it most when it was maximum swollen at something like day 2 or 3. I guess if you put in pmma also at the base and then the penis when it\'s soft gets mushed together somehow and this can lead to strange forms and pushing pmma together and stuff like that?
Reklaw i guess explained it and i vaguely remember what i wrote. And that Dr C prescribes Flomax to make flaccid hang longer for healing. Basically Dr C puts more in and Dr N less at the base which is less risky for aesthetics.

But it\'s interesting question. Could Dr N even do it.

I really hope she can put some near the base. Now have a baseball bat effect. Not sure how close she can go though without complications.

So you will ask her right before the procedure to put stuff more towards the base?

That\'s my plan ye. Using alpha blockers so should hang a bit longer to make it easier.

That is a good idea and i have thought about it. May just do that.

The alpha blocker is \'Flomax\' and I got it from \'Boots\' online.

They phoned me up to ask questions about why i needed it. I lied and said it was for urinary problems.

Not sure if it works outside the UK though. Which I assume you are.
