Bit of a different one this.

This has started recently, probably a month before PMMA. I think it occured as a result of either Hanging or Jelqing.

I should have resolved it before PMMA but thought it ws just a temporary injury and would heal itself. Discovering PMMA seemed to be such a godsend that i wanted it now. I was near suicidal with my Girth issue and it had destroyed the last decade of my life.

When Flaccid my glans is much smaller, paler and colder than it used to be.
When Erect it doesn\'t inflate that well, gets to about 70% at best. During sex it is enough to penetrate but it seems to bend more and can be uncomfortable,, it\'s not that resistant to pressure. When wearing a constriction ring the glans fills much better and becomes quite hard.

I\'m looking into an appointment with a Urologist. Scouring the web hasn\'t turned up much hope beyond surgical intervention, which itself does not hae that much of a success rate.

Did the lose of rigidity in the glans cause any problems with sex?

I noticed 20 years ago after using a pump that was a joke gift, mine would lose alot of the firmness and some size during oral and sex, lucky a have bigger size but still never came back.

Constriction ring is a cock ring? It totally helps, it made my glans superbig.
O my god i totally forgot this. It was not even a traditional cock ring, it was with elastic bands and it was adjustable. It made cock so hard it seemed kinda dangerous even.

I stopped using it years ago, it was just a bit oncomfortable. But perhaps a bit more comfortable cockring (probably an elastic one) that does make it harder but not cracy hard would be good actually.

My plan is to get a final round with Dr N and then maybe consider surgery, if they do it.

This is because the condom compresses the glans and pushes out the blood? Would this not also happen with a vagina during thrusting?

Did you try to use a Cock ring to overcome this problem?
