You want 1.5-2\" of length? There is no surgery that will do that for the Erect state.

Free fat transfer and implants have caused a lot of problems for people. In my opinion, the lowest risk is 10% PMMA in repeated rounds. Oh, I guess HA is an option too, but it is very expensive & I find it to be less natural than PMMA, personally. You can dissolve it fairly easily though.

You don\'t seem particularly bothered by your current size and nor should you be, as you are big already. So if I were you I\'d do nothing.

However, if you are dead set on doing something and you have the money, then I\'d lean more towards HA if I were you. It\'s a temporary option and gives you the chance to see if being as big as you want to be is all it\'s cracked up to be.

I\'m wanting either an implant, an permanent filler, PMMA, fat injections. My starting size is 6 even fully Erect. But I want more Girth. I have just heard some complaints with the implants. I heard that injections can make you loose some length. I have heard good and bad on PMMA. I just want your guys input on which procedure you recommend or have had experience with. I haven\'t been doing anything. I was stretching and had used the grip before, but now I am not doing anything.

@Djinn: I second Hoddle and briceb\'s guidance. Figure out what kind of procedure you\'re looking for, and then read up on experiences here. This is a great resource to understand experiences and outcomes, through trial and error. Experience is the best teacher, not Dr. tests or case studies.

@briceb: Upon looking at your signature, I noticed that you have significant length goals in play. I\'m currently Hanging for mine, and know that I have at least a year or two to go, to get an extra half Inch, if I\'m lucky. I\'m curious what you\'re doing.

In my opinion you should first consider if the risk is worth the reward. Are you size concerns sufficiently effecting your life that you think it\'s worth the risk of having a penis procedure.

If you decide it is, then I\'d look at filler based options rather than surgery. Surgery and the penis just don\'t seem to mix well.

In terms of fillers you have to decide if you feel more comfortable going the permanent route (PMMA) or temporary (HA, Radiesse or Elanse.) There are pluses and minuses to both and, so take Hunkydory\'s advise and read as much as you can in order to best inform yourself.

I know you\'re not. I have read almost of it all. I\'m trying to help figure out which is right for me I have no idea. I just need the push in the right direction.

This whole board is people\'s personal experience, I would read it again and you will get all those answers. There are many threads on all of this here - not being a Dick - just read more. Asking what your options are and does it work? isn\'t going to get you a response as every day someone asks that.
