Think mine was even worse than that first round.I couldn\'t pull it back for about a week.

No problems with glans when having it like that? Mine is puffy and needed to push the urine out. Hope it is at peak and goes down in the next 24-48 hours and gradually gets better.

Thanks for the reply. Good to hear from others with Foreskin now that the storm is really in full swing. I have learnt one thing and that is one can not be 100% prepared just by others reports. Must take some ibuprofen to help.

Ibuprofen will help. I wouldn\'t bother unless there is pain. There may be pain at some point.

Really sore and some pain. Will try to get some sleep have been little the last days. My post-op programe is not doable either. I dont have Viagra/Cialis and getting an Erection is impossible when I am in mild panikk mode. Will stick to what Dr N said and keep the wrap until monday and massage lightly. With that and swelling I dont turtle at least. Really glad I went with 10% now since it should help redusere the chance of ridges/nodules. Thankful for the replies. For me the whole thing was a hard decision to make, but that I felt I had to. Dealing with swelling I was prepared for, but not feeling that my entire Foreskin will explode of my Dick.

48 hours post-op. Foreskin still like balloon. Have kept the wrap to avoid Turtling. As seen the swollen Foreskin pushes towards the edge of PMMA giving me a wound. Any tips? Unwrap Tor try to realise pressure?

I would unwrap to see how it\'s formed.

Unwrapped today. Really swollen so my front penis in front of the PMMA is not straight so looks really strange. This will hopefully resolve itself over the next few days as swelling go down. Looked ok Flaccid in the area I have PMMA. Surprised it felt almost like my regular skin, but a bit more squichy, but not really notable. One problem is that I think more is on the left side compared to the right. Tried to move it, but seemed pretty set after 48 hours. Will work on that tonight. The heavy swelling has made it impossible to get an Erection so I had to change my entire post-op care because of that. No erections and no esl40. Had to leave the wrap on to avoid Turtling. Try to massage now and hope to get it more uniform, but have to see. Size wise I have not meassured. I did not meassure Flaccid before because it changed from decent to almost none existant. I am bigger now in the PMMA area Flaccid than I was Erect before. Less swelling here since most swelling is in the front of the penis. Will not meassure before after some weeks since I want to avoid the emotional rollercoaster that is swelling-low point-collagen phase. Hope most swelling is gone by next weekend and that I can move my Foreskin forwards again. Will go on vacation on friday and want to focus on that and not my Dick .
