With too much silicone i think sex is not possible anymore because it\'s too soft.

Still don\'t understand why you don\'t go to Dr C first and get as much sessions as you can.
You go there eg 4 times (4 times with 3 months pause = more than full year) or something till he says stop. Then you offer him more money.
Then you look for another Dr that is cracy enough to put more PMMA in.

It does not make sense to go to another doctor first when the first 4 sessions are possible with Dr C. He is by far the best / most experienced.

Do you even know how PMMA works, eg that you go there for several sessions, with 3 months pause in between? I guess not, i guess you hardly read anything on this forum.

This is the second successful transplant. They're are new but they do them. It's meant for people that need it to live. But if you actually want it you Can If they have the amount of money they need.

First off for the transplant you need a suitable penis and it\'s not likely to find a live donor....

Maybe you could ask Jonah Falcon who his sausage guy is, cause I know of no credible witness to his endowment, not one lady or guy for that matter has ever seen it.
