Dr C office and staff are highly responsive by email and extremely helpful my thoughts are you should leverage his team for these questions to get BEST answer.

Who are you worried is going to find out your real name? You have to sign a bunch of paperwork once you get there. I suppose you can use a fake name but you might be stressing yourself out over nothing. When you go to the Urologist in the future you are most likely going to have to tell him as well. I suppose if I was a celebrity I would be more cautious but otherwise, no one is really going to care.

Medical records are private for most part man. There is always a risk your information will be hacked and leaked but I think you stressing over nothing. You always just ask the clinic/doctor what the privacy policies are.

My other concern is I live in the USA and its not easy for me to take off work. If I develop an infection, HA cyst, or a hypersensitivity/inflammatory reaction to the Voluma, how do I get things resolved with Dr. C so far away?
Showing up to the local emergency room and having to explain my situation to people who probably don\'t even know how to properly treat the issue is a nightmare scenario.

You are not really going to be able to resolve things with Dr C if something goes wrong. My advice is to book an appointment with a Urologist for a check up before you go if you have insurance. You will feel more comfortable if something goes wrong having a doctor. I had complications a after my grafts were removed and it was one of the more humiliating dr experiences I have had. In part because I started by lying about the cause of my issue. That is a problem you will never escape if you have any pe however.
