I\'m very familiar with Manual PE ... A little less than 10 years ago I owned a Bib Starter, a Jelq device, a Stretcher and a CTC DP-4000 but I never stuck with anything more than a week. I would say I\'m lazy. I even hired a personal trainer so I\'m forced to go to the gym every day.

I\'m satisfied with my 6x5 but anything \"easy\" that can get me closer to 8x6 without screwing up my junk would be preferable. Even if the cost is very high.

I think even if length increase is not feasible by any means other than manual, I\'d still be more enthusiastic about doing it if I had a Girth increase.

With that mindset, you\'ll definitely fail. Bolkonsky is who you need to talk to, for motivation and mindset, when it comes to PE.

There is no easy solution. If you haven\'t stuck with Hanging for more than a week why not assume that it is not that important to you and let it go? There is absolutely nothing easy about surgery on your penis. I have had 3 - not including PMMA and HA. You sound like you are looking for someone to hang the weights for you - not meant as an insult - I\'d let it go. There are also no guarantees about screwing up your junk with anything you do. For every success story you hear, someone did the exact same thing and regrets they ever went down that path. I agree with Chester.

I don't know what that means - but I'd want to see lots and lots of after pics with Erect gains and talk to someone who had it done. It doesn't sound healthy, not that any of this shit does, lol. My sense is that it is more bullshit but do your research.

2 Surgeries for Lengthening
a. Standard (up to 1 Inch) - Partial Cut of Suspensory Ligaments + a wedge of tissue inserted (.5 inches immediate) + 4 months stretching + undetectable tiny scar
b. VY (up to 2 inches) - Cuts to Suspensory and Deep Ligaments (I don\'t know if its partial or full) + skin bridge (1 Inch immediate) + 4 months stretching + detectable scar (1+ Inch above base)

2 Injections for Shaft Girth
a. Voluma (up to 1.5 inches) - lasts up to 18 months then absorbs - doesn\'t need pumping (I think)
b. FFT (up to 1.5 inches) - lasts up to permanent - needs 4 months pumping (3x per week)

1 Injection for Glans
a. Voluma - small amount and last 6+ years (oldest injection performed was 6 years ago, patient says no absorption) - no pumping - cannot stretch for a while (glans vacuum cup would push voluma out)

10% metacrill only and only 2 rounds. Maybe 20%. The third round of linnea safe caused me a 2 year nightmare, so obviously I wouldn\'t do that again.

Expect Flaccid length and Girth gains of up to 1\"
Expect Erect length and Girth gains of HALF of Flaccid gains

Had the consultation with the Dr., here is what he said:

Incision - 1.5\" above base of penis, horizontal cut 1\"-1.5\" wide | everything is done through incision (which heals nicely)

Length:
Full cut to the ligs, expect Erection angle to change by 30 degrees
Use an ADS (ESL40) for 8 hours a day (or more) for 4+ months (can sleep with ADS)
Expect .5\" (immediate) to 1\" (after 4 months)

Lipo+Girth:
Lipo surrounding areas as needed (stomach/groin, inner thighs)
Use fat to inject back into penis
Use a pump (Google: Advanced Hands-free, Auto-Powered Penis Pump) for 1-3 hours a day for 4+ months
Expect .75\" (immediate) | up to 50% loss over time (25% expected) but rest permanent

30 days prior - Stretch and Pump
Stretch Instructions for ADS self explanatory
