TOPIC: Hanging/Extending after HA

Hanging/Extending after HA 5 years 11 months ago #1304049703

I plan to get 10-15cc Voluma this summer in 2 staged process (10cc followed by a 5cc touch up for imperfections). Original goal was to make at least a 0.5 inch gain in BPEL before getting HA, but this year\'s schedule has made length gains impossible. Currently just started back using a noose style hanger, but was looking into getting a hanger as many say they are more comfortable and require less time given you use higher weights (greater tension, for less time). I will try to make as much gains as I can and hopefully at least can improve flaccid length before my Voluma appointment given less retraction usually means better results with injectables. Though I still would like to ultimately have a 0.5-0.75 BPEL gain, which will not be accomplished by the time I get Voluma.

The big question is will a noose style hanger (noose puts all pressure right behind glans) or vac hanger (silicon covers entire shaft and better distributes pressure) cause the Voluma to move, indent, or look deformed if I use one of these devices after having it injected even after waiting 2-3 weeks post-injection to resume extending/hanging?

The hanger I am considering getting:

This is a really interesting and important subject I belive. I vaugely remeber dr O saying he would not recommend Clamping after HA but nothing about stretching or Hanging. If I were you I would start with manual stretches after the procedure. The reason for this, and not a Hanger is that you can controll the tension and actually feel the workout. Depending on your experience with manual PE I would try the lg Hanger with low weights, and very slowly increaseing the tension and weight. Im looking forward to see other answers. Good luck

I think the noose style may be better in regards to the HA. The long silicone I wonder if it might stretch the skin or move the HA down. But I have not worn one, maybe it is a better distribution of the tension and keep things nice and smooth.
