This is correct. They are the only entity/service/product that has been unanimously & outright banned by Forum Moderators. That\'s in light of the fact that Dr. Elist & Dr. Loria are still permitted discussion topics. Think about that. Take the collective wisdom of forum Moderators & veterans as it pertains the aforementioned (but will not be repeated) organization. Thanks.

Wow! I never thought about that. Dr. Elist and Dr. Loria are still allowed to be in this forum but SLE is not. Just wow. ?????

I don\'t want this topic to veer off track but there were valid reasons. This forum started nearly 8 years ago in response to (a now defunct) forum that censored a lot of pertinent & valuable content to bolster and/or protect a certain physician. Being desperate for quality PE info at the time, I was alarmed that the content I was reading was being sold to the highest bidder. I eventually responded with PhalloBoards and created a place where real men could come and chat up real trends & procedures without fear of shilling or censorship. Overtime we had our share of shills, shady quacks, etc, but felt that it would serve the community better to let their (poor) outcomes do all the talking. Show all sides of the story. It would take a truly special situation to justify a complete ban.

Eventually that special situation came around. The same \"players\" on that previously mentioned defunct forum have been at some point or another involved with SLE, while also having indications that they were being less-than-honest about fillers & procedures. Given our propensity to uphold a free flow of information, it would take a very serious instance where we would outright ban a topic. And you see that here now.

I had 2 rounds of PMMA done this year (same cost); breakdown below:

$2,995 - For the procedure
$360 - Plasma Rich Platelets (PRP)
$140 - Shuttle from SAN to TJ

$3,495 - Total

Assuming the results I have last forever, I would have paid $30,000/session and smiled about it. I don\'t remember a $60,000 car doing this much for my ego.

@naginati. So who here at PB hold the record for having a PMMA(like metacrill or similar NOT silikon) procedure for the longest. Just curious who long ago was the procedure done.

Not sure, but very few are at 10 year mark. Most info we have are around 5 years. There is some bias here since a lot of people that do this and get a good result go on with their lifes. They only return when/if a problem occurs. Your body can suddenly reject the product years out so there is no guarantees.

Thanks. I am doing research before even thinking about doing it. My mind takes me to 15-20 years in the future of how things would be with the procedure. Is really helpful to get stories from members on the site.

Good afternoon, hope all is well. I just would like to inform everyone that Avanti Derma does not offer silicone mirodrops anymore. They now offer PMMA mircodrops. So regarding the smooth finish procedure, Dr. Casavantes now use PMMA microdrops up to 5cc and full session up to 20cc. Pricing for full session is 3,500 and smooth finish is 1,500. For past clients prices remains the same for them. I had my first round back in November 2017 and now just had my second round on the March 27, 2019. Before that, back in 2013 I had the Elist implant witch was a horrible experience and got it removed due to infection and irregularities. In 2011 I had the FFT with Dr. Guinta in Virginia, great person but I had many lumps in penis and got that removed. Dr. Casavantes recommends only having two rounds and a smooth finish, anything else is excessive and increase chance of irregularities. Overall my experience with Dr. Casavantes has been great.
