This Dr prefers to use a needle when injecting PMMA, is this something I should be really worried about?

Is it really this dangerous? Androfill used a needle both times for my HA and needles have been used for a long time in filler procedures. He explicitly said to me he prefers to use a needle and he does seem like a really nice genuine guy. Not a maverick who doesn\'t care about the well being of his patients

The doctor at morgansterns practice also has the same preference of using a needles specifically for ellanse. He said it enables him to get the placement just right. I wasn\'t thrilled about it, but he\'s a chief urologist and affiliated with a leading teaching university, so I trusted his judgment and knowledge of penile anatomy.
