I have been unable to find anything about how long the generated collagen lasts, other than a post by Dr oates saying that the half-life is 15 years. I am guessing he may have gotten that from a non public access medical journal.

I am at the 4 week mark currently from my Ellanse E ( 4 year ) . Here what I can tell so far in regards to your specific question. It still feels like a normal penis to me. The only exception, and it is not a problem in my opinion, you your self might be able to feel where the product starts under the glans. Meaning, I can tell there is an implant because there is a subtle ridge at the top of my shaft beneath the glans. Again it is subtle and looks pretty damn close to the my Dick looked before. I notice it cause I touch my Dick a lot more now. haha.
Now, to add some clarity. My wife has not mentioned this are once to me , and she has played wth it and sucked on it. She has mentioned a few times over the last 2 weeks that I have \"chubby\" Dick . haha. ( not said in a bad way, FYI ). I'm at exactly 8 weeks today and have to say I really love Ellanse.

Reply: I will be making a lengthy post on my experience soon. I am simply waiting for the second round of injections before I do in order to present a clear picture to everyone. As well as what goes in the 6-8 weeks between rounds. I had 10ml the first round, and will have 10ml on the next visit.

In response the part of your message regarding residual swelling, here\'s where I am at on that: I have been tracking my measurements diligently since the day I left the Dr. Obviously Girth has dropped from then for obvious reasons. My initial surgery swelling went down pretty quickly, around a w.5 weeks. Probably due to shit loads of vitamins and clean eating. Anyway, I have gained what appears to be a full 1inch in Girth from my first 10ml\'s. That has been holding steady since around the 1.5 week mark & I am now in the 8th week since the injections. I am due to go back anytime for my second round, but will probably wait 2 more weeks.
Also, I have sex pretty much every day or at least every other day, rain or shine, no bullshit. I started having sex a little over a week after my first procedure. I find there to be no \"Swelling\" after sex for me.

In response to the firmer part of your message I will say this. It is firmer, by default i think, than a normal Cock if you want to word it that way. But before we go down that road let me add, while yes I can say its, quote - firmer; when its flacid its still a floppy Cock that looks like a floppy Cock should.
