Hey, I got the XXL implant in May, intending to remove it soon. I'd be happy to share my experience.
1 - This is true. Catastrophic failure is few and far between. I haven't seen a report of it within 5 years.
2 - This is true so far in my case. The implant itself sucks because it's always 60% hard and it bends weirdly so it feels really messed up at extreme angles. The only permanent side effects I've had are decreased sensation (I have no fine touch on the top side of the shaft) and significant skin growth (this is nice because I was trying to restore my
Foreskin too, but some people might not like it).
I actually started this with the same outlook that I could use it to boost my
Girth and possibly my length. Right now I still have it so I can't tell you if it's a good trade but I'd be happy to post an update once I heal up from my
Removal.
3 - yep me. I'm 22 btw so I'd expect your results to be very similar to my own.
4 - Honestly I didn't even look into the other stuff. And it's not really relevant to me with the implant in - you can't stretch or pump and a second layer of surgery is just silly.
5 - That looks... interesting. I did the X4 stretcher combined with bathmate for a few months last year. I only saw like +0.5'
Flaccid length though so I quit and decided to take the surgical option.

If I were you I'd wait until I get mine out so you can get a recent and relevant experience. And in the meantime do research every day about every option. This is a permanent life changing decision that you will have to live with forever. Don't take it lightly.
