Are you talking about pulling it out once you are having intercourse or before intercourse.

I would be amazed if this did anything except make you look stupid.

Were talking in some cases Rapid onset of ejaculation here. There is usually no warning of ejaculation, you reach the point of no return and before you know it game over. You havent got time to pull it out.

What your suggesting sounds like trying to numb the glans you would be far better to use a numbing cream or spray 10 mins before sex to achieve this.

I think M7\'s suggestion works but only if the premature ejaculation case isnt that extreme. I know of a guy who would come in his pants even before having any intercourse.. he would start kissing and before he took his clothes, bam! he was \'done\' already!

During intercourse, you can withdraw the penis and pinch the tip of the glans, squeeze the base of penis or gently tug on the scrotum and cause the Erection to subside somewhat and avoid ejaculation. This information was provided by a Urologist. I\'ve studied the penis for over 15 years and understand that this solution will not work for everyone. I have used this method with great success over the years during long lovemaking sessions with my wife.

Penetrative sex. Yes. Some do and for those that suffer from such, my suggestion will not help them.

It does not numb the glans... it simply changes your penis from \"go\" mode to \"wait\" mode. If you prefer using numbing creme or spray, the choice is yours.

I\'m sorry. This statement has me laughing. Try telling that to a doctor. The information I shared was taught to me by a seasoned Urologist and works well for me and others. I hope that it works for those that try it. I never said I guaranteed it as a cure-all for premature ejaculation; just as a method one can try.

I am trying to help. It\'s my job. I don\'t want to come across as offensive so please don\'t take it as such. I have extensive urogenital knowledge and MD\'s on both sides of the family. As a former peyronie\'s sufferer, my upward curvature caused my glans to be in constant contact with the vaginal wall resulting in premature ejaculation. I am straight as an arrow now and no longer suffer from this problem though I sympathize with those that do. Not once did my wife notice that I was doing this so I never appeared, \"Stupid\".

Glad that this technique has worked for you. But believe me someone with Premature Ejaculation will not benefit from this.

Premature Ejaculation can be so overwhelming that these techniques simple dont work.

Urologist and so call experts have for years recommended various methods such as the Stop start method and breathing techniques for Premature ejaculation.

Miriacle7 i have been to a so called Urolgist expert let me tell you the so called experts advice was rubbish. Basically told me to breath deeply and try and relax.

Believe me i have suffered first hand from this crippling condition and have spent years searching for relief and as yet have to find one ancedotal report from various forums saying that these methods cured there P.E.

At best they were a band aid.

I dont doubt your extensive urogenital knowledge and this forum is enriched by your imput.

But believe me Anti-depressant, creams prescription meds such as Tramadol and the such are the way to succeed i wish it was otherwise but unfortunately its not.

They let you gain a measure of control on which to build on and gain confidence. Remember Premature Ejaculation can be as much a problem as the mind as anything else.

Only once you have some measure of control can you start to relax and make headway into controlling this problem. By then being able to learn to relax ur Pelvic Floor Muscles and recognising the point of no return.


The thing which makes it so hard to cure P.E. is that the cause can vary significantly from person to person.

Some people have even found that Histimine was the problem and something as simple as Antihistimes have helped them greatly. I can guarantee that a Uroligist would not recommend this approach.

I completely agree with your last post. I believe the method I was proposing would be more efficacious in persons with mild to moderate premature ejaculation (as Mexmuscle pointed out). Glad you\'re not offended and I hope that you can help shed light to the subject for others that suffer in silence. I feel for you. Thanks for the contribution and continued research.

No problem my friend. Am basically cured now took a great deal of effort and reseach but eventually found what allowed me to gain control and enjoy a healthy sex life.

I hear ya gerryc! I\'m happy you found a solution. I\'m definitely enjoying the PMMA but will need a touch up at the base and at least another round... possibly two.

I\'m my case, anti-depressants were the only thing that ever helped with premature ejaculation. I dealt with it all of my life until about 4 years ago. In my case, I was also dealing with generalized anxiety disorder and depression, so I really put the research into finding something that worked for me.

I almost gave up on the entire idea after being put on zoloft (caused ED for me) and Cymbalta (dizzyness, nausea). It was only after I did my own research that I found a study online comparing the results of different SSRI\'s on delayed ejaculation. After studying the data charts, it was pretty clear to me that Paxil (Paroxetine) had the most benefits and the least downsides.

Till this day, I still take 20mg daily and if I miss a day, I know it precisely by how long I can last. Literally 5 minutes max versus 20 or more. No dizziness, headaches, nausea. It also really controls my downswings (depression) and leaves me less nervous.

Obviously this is just my experience and I have no medical experience whatsoever. Just for what it\'s worth, I wholeheartedly believe in the benefits of SSRI\'s, but you really have to find one that works for you.
