Well this is a
Phalloplasty forum, it will be dominated largely by discussions of length &
Girth. Granted, is there some degree of vanity innate to the topic of penis enlargement?...probably, yes. But who are you to judge? How presumptuous is it that you make out our members to be nothing more than size-obsessionists, when in reality, many of us are indeed devoted to charity & health. Just because men come here to share their interests in penile augmentation doesn\'t disqualify their character or usefulness to society. Your mighty degree in medicine gives you no distinct advantage over any man here, and your pompous presumptions show you to be someone clearly devoid of the bigger picture.
It should also be noted that there are many men who suffer from size insecurities due to possessing statistically small packages. There are men out there who live satisfying lives with smaller endowments, but not all have been so fortunate. It\'s akin to women seeking out breast enlargement because they have the equivalent of \"small man-boobs,\" etc. We should all be happy with what we\'re born with, but if some of us with life\'s short end of the stick (pun intended) have access to modify our (perceived) shortcomings, why should we be judged for it?
As for feeding the poor, befriending the elderly, and raising funds for the limbless, there are forums designated for those conversations as well. This is a niche-forum, its expressed purpose is to discuss the surgical augmentation of male genitalia. We also have some side discussions (e.g. women, men\'s health, etc) which is an extension of male self-improvement. That said, myself and others visit other forums/sites for other topics, which include (but are not limited to), politics, religion, charities, sports, fashion, etc. Many of those forums/sites are just as niche-oriented as we are here. Why I must spell this all out is beyond me, but I thought maybe you needed clarification as to what we do around here at

And as for society, many of us would agree with you, it is indeed clueless, over-sexualized, and plagued by many distortions. And some of us here are probably victims of that society, but we\'re not here to pass judgment. There is as much advocacy for limiting porn consumption, eating healthy & exercising, and even forgoing penis enlargement as there is anything else on these message boards. But again, you couldn\'t possibly know that having been on this site for 8 hours.
Curious of your perspective Nielsjo, where do you stack up size-wise? Can you relate to the men who have desires for larger shafts, or are you yourself well endowed and come here only to sound like an elitist? And how did you even come to find a site like ours if the pursuit of a larger penis is so shallow? Tell us please.
