I agree... have we lost sight of the fact that even a 0.25\" gain in circumference is actually significant? It really is, both volumetrically and tangibly significant!!! Bayard is not the \"father\" of PMMA phalloplastia, he was just a butcher. Truth be told, there are doctors, such a Dr. Samy Passy, who had good results with PMMA phalloplastia

Just saw videos of Rocco Silfreddi and he has to have some type of implant. I think his glands where always big making the extra Girth suitable.
