It depends. What I mean by that is that it depends on your starting size. If you go with a lot of PMMA and have a natural small Flaccid, yes, it will help with the Flaccid retraction, but it will in no way turn a 2\" Flaccid into a 6\" Flaccid. As some others have reported, you may also end up with the \"hot dog\" look. That is where the glans retracts into the enhanced shaft.
Also, if you are looking to make your shaft appear more dominant, enlarging the size of the scrotum will not help matters. Yes, a fuller scrotum will provide a fuller bulge, when clothed. But when they come off, a large scrotum could overpower the penis. You don\'t want that.
It is important to keep proportions in mind when having enhancement if natural aesthetics are a concern.
Length of penis, both Flaccid and Erect. Size of glans. Balance these with your goal.
