TOPIC: Penimaster Pro Users

Hey guys.

Considering getting a Penimaster Pro to mix into my PE program after getting PMMA next month. For existing users, had a question as to how much Girth can the the rod system accommodate?

I’m starting off around 6 EG at the base / 5.5 EG mid shaft before PMMA procedure. I’ve used these type of extenders before, and always hated the pinch whenever I got an Erection throughout the day. Wanted to get some insight if I’m going to have similar issues with the Penimaster Pro.

Following back up here. I got surgery in September and now im around 6.5-6.75 EG mid shaft. I’ve had great difficulty getting on the Penimaster pro, quite frankly I have not been successful at all. Seems that i am maxed out from getting good suction to fit around the head. Afraid I will be returning this under the money back guarantee.

Hmm, that's not ideal. Is the EG you mention Erect or Flaccid? Is your problem happening only when you get an Erection? If so, maybe try cumming before you put the extender on so your member stays Flaccid.

Have you tried the large sluices (blue) instead of the mediums?
