My understanding is that many routines are still viable post-
PMMA; the issue is more so understanding that without supervision, the kind of stressors introduced by manual PE exercises can potentially create setbacks, or worse, injure your penis. I've always used the
"F.I.T. checklist when PE
"exercising." F= Frequency (both how often through out the week/month, as well as how long each individual session is);
I = Intensity (this can be like a
Penis Pump's pressure, or the force applied by a traction device); and
T = Technique (proper form is important). I no longer actively recommend manual PE since it lacks standardization and medical supervision.
Everyone's relying on some trending anonymous armchair expert's routine because it gave him miraculous gains that quite frankly won't always work the same for everyone else. Not dismissing the merits, and in fact I've gained myself, so there's that... but honestly given what I've learned over the years in this area of pursuit, I'd rather see my physician monthly where he can provide me the monthly regenerative shot and examine my unit to be sure I'm not overdoing things and that I'm progressing at a pace that will significantly reduce the chance for complications (like the P-Long protocol, where it's tailored by a
Urologist specializing in sexual medicine and still being studied).
