@messageman: sorry buddy for asking, but may I ask if any explanation was provided for the infection? and why did you not receive any treatment before Removal? I\'m not medical genius, but infections can be handled with antibiotic stuff or so, right? Didn\'t you get any?

Prince Maximizer
No problem with asking questions; that\'s what this forum is all about.
At the time of my infection, I was nowhere near the vicinity of the clinic (actually, outside of the country), so I wouldn\'t have been able to get there anytime soon. . However, I did have antibiotics with me, which I had bought on-line in case something like an infection occurred. I started taking them within a few hours of noticing the infection. They didn\'t help.

Dr. Elist does not properly outline the risks and probable outcome of his Frankenweenie procedure. If he were truly honest, nobody in their right mind would even think of undergoing it.

The following is an Imaginary conversation between \"Doctor\" Elist and his unwitting victim if Doctor Elist were
somehow put under a spell that makes him tell the truth:

Patient: What are the risks and complications of the implant procedure, and what will the final result look and feel like?

\"Dr. Elist: Well, the best case scenario is that you end up with a penis that looks and feels completely ridiculous. In its Flaccid state, it will always look semi-Erect, so it will look like you have a half hard-on (chubby) as you swagger around that locker room. Great if you\'re in a gay bathhouse, but not the effect you probably will looking for if you\'re just taking a steam with your bros after a weekly basketball game. This abnormal Flaccid is due to the fact you basically have an inflexible dildo stitched to your penis. Also, in its Flaccid state, forget about letting your significant other hold your penis in bed (in the afterglow) as you snuggle; it will feel like she is holding an aerosol can.

Oh yes, I have to let you know that you will lose at least an Inch in length when Erect (most likely 1.5 inches), initially after receiving the implant. You will most likely never regain the entire lost Erect length back. That being said, you may, after a year or two, regain some of that lost length through the risky use of weights, which most likely will jar the implanted dildo out of place, necessitating another surgery to have it corrected, or by finding a magic lamp and reclaiming your treasured lost inches with one of your three wishes.

Most patients have reported dissatisfaction with the edges of the implant, flaring out and causing pain both to himself and his partner on the shaft, or the implant jutting into the pubic bone, causing excruciating pain and making sex impossible. For the edges problem, I will advise you to \"wrap it\" and wait for the capsule to form, so it will soften over time. For the \"jutting out\"problem, I will advise you to wait for it to eventually \"fall down\" over time. Of course this is all bullshit. In fact, you most likely will have to come in for another surgery to have it corrected. It is at this time I will introduce you to my next generation dildo. A \"newer and improved\" implant! Of course this will just be another experimental piece of plastic that I will be trying out in hopes that, through a miracle, it somehow has a lower complication rate (perhaps down to 70%!), and I won\'t have to spend so much time bullshitting you suckers . Of course you will have to pay more money and go through the whole recuperation process again with Removal being an eventuality anyway, but that\'s the price you pay for wanting that bigger Dick...So much so that you ignore countless glaring red flags, and refuse to listen to that little voice in your head telling you to get that dildo taken out of your Dick and run for the hills.
Human beings are amazing at denial . As That Simon and Garfunkel song goes, \"A man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest da da da\"...Well that\'s what I am counting on.
When I hear that song, I hear $$$Ka-Ching$$$.

Oh yes, if you lose sensation in your penile shaft, I will assure you that it will come back in a few weeks. When that doesn\'t happen, I will assure that it will come back in a few months...and by the time that doesn\'t happen, I figure you\'ve almost accepted the fact that your penis is numb and that sex (the single nicest, most sublime feeling or bodies can feel ) will never ever be the same again...I will,of course, try to shift the blame onto you...I\'ll throw in the fact that perhaps you had a previous surgery, or maybe had sex too soon..blah, blah, blah. Of course you will accept these excuses because you have nobody else to turn to. I also count on the fact that you look at me as a medical practitioner who swore the Hippocratic oath, \"Do no harm\" . Great stuff! It\'s amazing how much mileage I can get out just my title \"Doctor\" title alone. And at the very least, i count on the fact that you assume I am a human being that actually has ethics and morals. Like shooting fish in a barrel!

This second phase stuff (the necessary corrections) is, of course, assuming that you don\'t get an infection, which is also a very big possibility, especially in the first 6 months. When this nightmare occurs, your penis will ooze yellow puss and explode with pain. It will occur without warning and be absolutely terrifying. Your penis will balloon up and contort as your body\'s immune system expels it from the body the only way it can..piercing it through the delicate skin on your penile shaft. Most likely you won\'t be living anywhere near my clinic, so when you contact me either by phone or email I will be sure to appear baffled by this \'perplexing\' development, and try to convince you that it is somehow your fault. \"Did you have sex too soon? Perhaps you were masturbating too soon, blah, blah, blah\" again. I will then advise treating it with powerful antibiotics, knowing all too well that this course of action is most likely futile. Once bacteria is attached to the silicon, it\'s next impossible to get rid of. You see, I know that my patients are completely and utterly dependent on me once the dildo is in. I know they are too embarrassed to seek outside help, and are terrified to piss me off because they believe I am basically the only one on the planet that could somehow make this nightmare disappear. Suckers.

Now...when you finally have to have that dildo taken out, I will suggest you have that \"procedure\" done in my examination room. This serves two purposes. It
saves me both time (I don\'t have to take that long drive out to the surgery centre) and money (In the far off chance my patient has a backbone and refuses to pay for the surgical clinic fees and the anesthesiologist). As you might guess, an examination room is...well, an examination room...and not suited for an invasive procedure such as removing the implant. But hey, you have swallowed my shit this far...and we\'re so close to the end! Now I won\'t get into the excruciating pain you are going to feel during the operation (in the examination room) to have it removed, nor will I elaborate on the unsanitary conditions of the examination room, nor the alarming fact that the receptionist at the front desk will have magically become my surgical assistant. I will say though that biggest surprise is yet to come for the you . You see, once you get back to your home, he will be shocked and distraught to see that the length of his penis has retracted a few inches. Not only that, it will will curve upwards. This is all due to scar tissue, which naturally retracts. I will, of course, tell you it is just temporary and can be remedied with stretching and pumping. Guess what? It most likely won\'t be.Surprised? How could you be? Sucker.

So what will you get at the end of this implant journey that will be both expensive and time consuming? A shorter, curved penis, anxiety, and whole lot of depression.

Prince Maximizer wrote: Dear fellows,
I joined this forum in order to learn the pros and cons of the procedure before my decision. Today I had a phone consult with the doctor and I am scheduling for an in office consult soon.
I remember that the doc mentioned a number of roughly 300 surgeries a year, which if taken in account only for the last 5 years, would sum up to over a thousand surgeries. Let\'s say only 1000 surgeries, and with let\'s say 200 case reports in this forum, would that mean that roughly more than 80% of cases succeed?
Also, I remember the doc saying that due to improved procedure and before and after surgery care and medication, the infection rate has decreased to close to zero over the last year.
My question is, where can I find patients with success stories? As a support forum, I could only find negative stories in here which do not seem to cover the whole patients that have undergone surgery. The Dane seem to be doing very well so far. Are there more members with positive outcome?
Please advice.
Thank you very much.

I know of very few successful surgeries. Out of the 10 or so implant stories I have followed on this board.... before, during, and after...all of them (the patients) developed complications and had it removed, or (2 of them) elected to have it removed to \"get it over with\", having accepted the fact that it was just a matter of time before Removal was necessary.. These do not include the countless victims that gravitated to our site after the butchering had already taken place. Completely numb, curved, shortened (up to 3 inches), and erectile dysfunction is what these guys often ended up with. And don\'t forget the ridiculous medical bills that were incurred to clean up Dr. Elist\'s mess...$30, 000 is not unheard of. Dr. Elist is a pathological liar.... Do not believe anything he says. Please read the stories on this forum and others. There are no success stories out there., or very few. Even if it doesn\'t develop complications and is perfectly the way Dr. Elist wants it, it\'s still stunningly ridiculous. It\'s basically a dildo stitched onto your penis. Any woman could easily tell something is very out of the ordinary. I implore you to stay away from this option. In fact, I\'m shocked that you would even consider it after hearing even one of these horror stories. I have no ulterior motives. I have been on this board and others for years now, and have seen the carnage this doctor has inflicted on vulnerable men who believe that doctors can be trusted. And I speak from experience... I count myself as an Elist victim.

@Messageman . I am not defending Dr Elist because I know he made fuck op with you guys. But I met 2 guys one at his office and other down at the pharmacy they boath were happy with it for several years. \"They were young under 30\" And Dr Elist was s' sure that I wouldnt have problems because of age. I spoke with him about you guys and he said dont worry : We never had a problem with any young guy in the past. We had problems with older guys than you. And I am 33 .
Beside I can read that you guys had many problems with edges and wrapping. My implant is solid but still stuck though. no edges nothing, it just get deformed in tight jeans but ones relax it take shape again. I am not a success story yet, but i can tell there are 2 success stories that I met and spoke with.
and one of them was there to have the new implant that I have because it dosnt have the old problems. I just hope dr elist correct all his errors with this lol.
Because seriously if my implant goes ok its a dream come true for me.
I have prayed to God for a miracle and I hope this is it. I really had a thin penis and this is a huge. I have never felt my wife the way I do now. I just hope to avoid problems because I really really want this. I am a new man with it.

Dane
Firstly, I wish you nothing but success with the implant. My heart goes out to you, and I am pleased that it has benefitted your sex life.
A lot of negative things can be said about this procedure, but there is no denying that it adds a huge amount of girth to one\'s penis.

Now regarding your post above...
I have been following this implant for years, and I been in contact with dozens of men who have had the implant. I am not just making this stuff up as I go along.
Why do you think the doctor is continuing to refine the implant if there are no problems with it? Do you think that guy you talked to is really satisfied with the implant but still willing to undergo another risky surgery?
And why was the other guy there? Just to say hi to the doctor?
How forthcoming do you think these guys are going to be with a stranger with Dr. Elist just down the hallway anyway? I know when I had the implant, I never breathed a negative word about the doctor for fear of retribution. You will see that on this website too. Guys wait until it is removed to tell their story.

And now Dr. Elist is blaming the problems on the age of the patient? Oh, that\'s a new one of his excuse!. It seems that not only is this guy refining his plastic dildo, but he\'s also refining his excuses.
Btw, , I wasn\'t a heck of a lot older than you when I had my implant (38). Would this be considered young or old in the doctor\'s \" eyes? Do you think the majority of implant patients are younger than this or older? I would guess older. Do you think Dr. Elist warns these \" older \" patients there is an increased risk with the implant? The correct answer is \"No\".

This all being said,
I wish you all the best and look forward to your updates!

dc...in light of all of the overwhelmingly negative stories and experiences you\'ve read here, will one or two positive reviews make a difference? I\'m sure there are a couple positive stories out there and hopefully Dane will be one of them, but the fact is that an alarming number of guys who\'ve undergone this procedure have been devastated in the long run and from what we know about Elist and his procedure the chances are greater that you\'ll end up being a cautionary tale than a success story.

Hi to all of you...I truly appreciate all the feedback above....
To The Dane...wish you all the best...if that works with you, I am going in....Not now of course...lol...I will wait to see how you doing in couple of months, and I really want to see you being a success stpry...until then, I am starting a full research project about the whole thing...I will share my findings...I might become a PhD in Elist Prosthesis ...lol
I got in touch with them again, asking all that you guys have mentioned. The doc I spoke with actually sounded very knowledgeable very kind, and took almost 1.5 hours to talk about all my questions. I tried to trick, he never dodged.
@Mustang: What kind of antibiotics did you take? It seems that the infection is a \"Bio\" something infection...I think he said biofilm or so. He explained that this kind of infection can be happening with any kind of implant, even with Sutures. Also, he mentioned that they have researched and improved the antibiotics. Cmon\' man, zero infection for the last year, that\'s not bad, right?
Besides, he clearly spoke about the semi Erect situation...why didn\'t you guys know about it when going in?
He also explained the initial length loss. Sounded reasonable. he further said that due to the exercises regimen and adjustment the Erect length comes back starting in about 3-6 months after surgery, and additional growth after...when did you have your surgery The Dane? What did they tell yu about when you\'ll see more length?
Like The Dane, I\'ve been looking for a miracle myself...

I\'ve researched fat, that\' stupid, so is AlloDerm..all that infections, the bumpy appearance, the need for further procedures..that is time and money as well..besides, where is the length? By the way, I\'ve heard there is only guy doing fat, somewhere in south central or so. Why is that? Does anybody know him?
Much promising sound PMMA on the other hand. But why is that not provided here in the US? Mustang\'s experience looks great and sound amazing, but how do you gain the length? Is there anything else needed to be done?
I think I need to have a closer look to the PMMA. Where can I find some further information and how do you get in touch with the Doc in Mexico?
Sorry, lot\'s of questions again for a Saturday evening....I really don\'t want to be bugging, but I would like to do it once, and done...If not, I\'d rather do nothing and continue with what I have.

One question: I was told about the initial retraction and that the length will start to come back in about 3 months (starting) and can take up to 6 months to see improvement. The doc said not to be expecting to be a porn start the day after surgery..lol...funny...what did they tell you?
I mean, after so many years being small, one additional year to spend to be big does sound fair...if it works as promised of course. That\'s why I need you to succeed...lol

Out of curiosity, since FFT is stupid and Alloderm poses risks for infections, how can there be any validation of this (implant) method, knowing what is available about the implant? I commend your research efforts, but I\'m surprised that you haven\'t expressed any alarm regarding this method while completely discrediting methods with half the horror stories. I\'m curious to know your reasoning.

If you don\'t mind me requesting a favor: if you choose to contact Dr. Elist\'s office again with further inquiries, please ask him about his association with MyNewSize and why he enlisted shills in his marketing efforts? It\'s extremely unethical and raises serious red flags.

The word you\'re looking for is \"shill\", and anybody who\'s a veteran on this site is aware that Dr. Elist\'s clinic pulls these shenanigans every few months or so. Yes, just as surely as the change of seasons come, a \"new\" member very interested in the implant pops up and does his best to make the case for the risky procedure.

The irony is the shill ends up making the doctor and his implant look even worse than before the shill started posting , because not only does it bring out all the implant horror stories, but in the end the shill is exposed as being a shill...And what ethical doctor would employ deception as a means of attracting patients?

For those of you new to the PE scene, let me give you a little bit of a history lesson. Before this site PhalloBoards was created, there was a site called \"Mynewsize\". It had a similar set-up as this, except for the fact it was a money making operation controlled by an unscrupulous human being who accepted money from clinics and PE merchandise companies, who then employed shills and other tactics to dupe unsuspecting, vulnerable men looking for a safe and effective means of Penis enlargement.

Of course the members who frequented the site had no idea about this. They thought it was all legitimate. Who would even suspect doctors could be so despicable and unethical? I was one of these guys. I remember when I was researching the implant, I would read all these \"glowing\" stories. Never a problem..easy surgery, undetectable, almost o% infection rate, blah, blah, blah...They were all shills. It was a shark infested pool of lies. It got so bad that the members had a revolution, and \"Skeptical One\"founded this site \"PhalloBoards\". The moderators on this board make no salary and have no agendas other than to make this a safe, free flowing site of information dealing with PE and PE procedures. Part of the job is to guard against shills...And I believe we\'ve gotten very good at it.

I swear the following is true: I have been on this board and other PE boards for about 3.5 years now, and I don\'t know of one authentic, satisfied recipient of the implant. I do know of about two dozen men who have gone through hell with it, and most of them have ended up with permanently shortened and curved penises.
The reason I am on this board is so men do not have to go through the nightmare I did. It\'s my way of dealing with the pain I endured and making sure that the mistake I made will not be in vain and hopefully benefit others. If I can save even one man from going down this road, it will make my time spent on this forum worth it.

@Messageman about the 2 guys. Yes one of them is changing the implant to the better one he said, but he loved the old one as he described.
The second guy was there for a check up as he said whatever that means but I asked if he was happy with it and he said yes he was.
Look, I did it and now its about exploring it. I love the size and is giving it a chance. I hope dr elist had enough training to do it well.
Another thing : I would do it again just to experience the look of the wifes face during sex for one time.
Having a small penis was torture bro.... There are still many things I need to try, nude beachs running marthon naked, whatever naked activity.

@price maximizer thanks alot bro, yes let us wait and see. I am gaining my old length but my implant is still stuck and that prevent length. I can feel the penis pulling it out in erictions.
So I promiss to keep updates in my thread. I still need skin sensation, more skin in Girth and losen the implant.

My Elist implant experience to-date 11 years 3 months ago #1276646884

TheDane wrote: @Messageman about the 2 guys.

I can not and will not recommend it unless we are over 6 months and I know what I got.

It\'s great that you are pleased with the implant so far. Most of the members on this board can completely relate to your feelings of inadequacy in the bedroom with what you perceived as a small penis. I am very happy for you. Could I ask the following questions?
1. Have you lost any Erect length since having the implant put in? If so, how much? And how much have you gained back since having the implant put in?
2. Have you lost any sensation on the shaft of your penis?
I look forward to your updates...And if you wish to private message me, please feel free to do so. We are all here to support each other.
