Surgery went well on Friday. I had a Girth procedure using Repriza. I chose this product because it offered the thickest grafts.. I recovered for 5 days at a nearby hotel and had daily check ups by the doctor. Dr Solomon was very professional. He was attentive and reassuring about where we should expect to be at this point in the process.

I am still quite swollen so I am not sure if we where able to come close to my improved Girth expectations. I am hopeful since the swollen results are significantly different than where I started. Aesthetically it looks great. Obviously there is significant bruising but the symmetry looks natural.

I traveled home yesterday and now must contend with steps at home. They are not easy. I have experienced more pain since I have arrived home. One tends to overexert at home. I have not done much but more than at the hotel. I would recommend staying away for longer. Home offers far to may temptations that should be avoid after surgery.

I will end here for now. I will update as I get further along in the process. For now I am cleaning religiously and applying the prescribed ointment. I am not a pill person but took all antibiotics . I try to take the pain medication sparingly but I will tell you it is necessary.

Good luck to anyone else taking the plunge.

Hope this is helpful.

Hope you heal well and you get what you wanted.

BTW, what are/were your expectations and what did the Dr promise you or tell you you will end up with as far as Girth and length! Do you feel comfortable with some pix?

Thanks for submitting a progress report! Maybe the first Dr. Solomon report we have here at PB. This will be incredibly useful to others seeking out this method.
Question: You say you chose Repriza because it offered the thickest grafts. What were your other options?
Happy healing! Keep us posted, thanks again!

@ Curious1,

Welcome aboard, congratulations to consider and keep considering the post, positive and negative aspects.

I see with good eyes the option of Allo grafts did not know the Repriza optionally graft to the penis, but I know that it is used widely in reconstructive medicine, such as breast reconstruction.
Acellular dermal matrix = Repriza
It is an allo graft Repair in the dermis, would not understand if compatibility to subcutaneous graft, such as Belladerm or Alloderm.

Have you had a good measure penis, and it takes a long marriage and family life quite successfully.

What motivated you to leave for the increase?

What are your expectations of an increase? (length and Girth)

If is possible, I\'d like to learn more about how the work is done Dr.S.
Your feelings about DR.S. Service and post-op, etc. ..

His treatment is very well done, I will follow your news.

I hope a good recovery and an increase in their goals plus.

Thank you for sharing your experience.

Carlos.

I can\'t say enough about dr Solomon and his staffs professionalism and accessibility. I am not sure I should post how he did it. It may be best to call him. He will insist on a personnal consultation. You can ask there. I will say that once the incisions heal they should not be noticeable. The man has a business. He has been great to me. I just don\'t want to give out his process which may be better than others. Go see him if your interest. I am in the process. All i can say is that I am very happy.

I had a follow up visit planned for Thursday. I had some Erection issues that were beyond painful. He rescheduled and I went to see the doctor today. He did a full exam and was happy with my healing progress. He gave me additional medication to stuffial the erections.

You asked why do it? I have always been underadverage in size. I never had dating issues. I grew up at the beach. My wife says I have more than enough confidence. I\'ll tell you I have always been self concise. Although it is painful right now I already have a better sense of self. There was not so much a void as there is now a marked addition. The doctor clarified that my swelling has subsided at the base. I should expect to maintain approximately a 5\" Girth. I am hopeful that this will enhance my sexual relationship with my wife. I did this for myself but hope to spice up our relationship as well. We will see in a month.

This was a serious surgery. I would strongly recommend anyone take there time considering this procedure. I have the value of a fantastic spouse who never judged me. She said it was not necessary. She actually said it was a crazy risk but if I really wanted to do it she supported me.

I had two antibiotics the first two weeks. In addition to these medications i had Percocet for pain and Valium for sleep.
I would like to add that i normally don\'t take medication and have a healthy diet supplimented with vitimans. Many vitimans are not good to take after the surgery. My doctor provided a list of things i had to avoid till the healing process is complete.
A side effect of the medication is hardening of the stools. This was never a issue for me but became one because of the medication. I will tell you it is extremely painful trying to go when that area is sore from surgery. Make sure you start a regime of raisins, prunes, or doctor approved laxatives. Constipation is flat out painful post op.
Sorry if this is crude but i thought it was useful insight about the process.

I had my surgery two weeks ago friday. The pain is still quite servere. I havebbeen getting paritial Erection at night. Dr Solomon gave me medicine but it is to qwell an Erection not prevent it. The pain is nauseating. It is falt out brutal.

The doctor says people recover at different rates. Does anyone have an idea how much longer i can expect the extreme pain? I feel like a puss posting this but after waking 3 times last nightnand dry heaving. I underetand i am in he middle of the battlebi just would like to know if relief is on he horizon.

Have you looked into requesting stronger pain medication? And how would you describe the pain now (type of pain and location)?
I see no reason why relief isn\'t on the horizon once everything heals.

I started taking 2 percocets now at a time. I only had one issue last night. I think i wasmdrinking too many fluids in the evening.

I have been concerned with constipation. It was an issue last week and equally painful. I have now moved on to prunes and less water in the evening. It worked well last night. I now think they were more urination stiffy\'s than erections. Either way the reduced watermthing has helped.

The incisions are still very visable but the major scabs are now breaking up and falling away. I have been reappling bacitracin and changing the gaze 3x daily. I still shower once a day with Hibricins.

It is coming along i guess i expected the pain to ramp down as it went along. I acknowledge i over did it by taking a four block walk with my son to the park 2 days ago. I felt like a shiz head for not spending more time the last few weeks.
I paid. I will not make that mistake again.

In any case thank you for words of encouragement skep 1

Update

I just got back from the doctors. He said all is well and i can resume normal activity. This was great news. The doctor actually said I was one of his larger Girth surgries. I went from:
FG 2.8
PSFG 5.5 EG 6.2
FL 4.0. EL 5.0
FL 3.5 this was very depressing. Many of you have suggested the length will return. Dr Solomon echoed this belief. He said expect that correction over the next 2 months.

I am still a little sore but significantly better than last week. I appreciate all the words of encouragement i recieved from the boards. It helped me get through that difficult mid section of recovery where you don\' t experience significant pain reduction.

I have a question about the grip system. There are several options that can get very pricey. Which model is suggested? I was told many people got results without having the ligiment cut in the lengthening surgery. Is this true? Dr Solomon supports the grip for his cliets having the lengthening procedure. Dr Solomon did say using it may expedate recovery of my lost length. Anybody have any experience with the grip. If so, do you suggest it even though i only underwent the Girth procedure and not the lengthing?
Ty in advance for any advice.

i used the Grip system after the Belladerm.. I didn\'t have any issues using it and they took good care of me when i had them send me a couple of sheaths.... i have not used it for some time but i am going back to it... Belladerm gives you a very nice taper which is very different from the PMMA LOOK... Bella vs PMMA has very different results..First you need to decide what look your after and then make a good choice.... Soma had great size with Bella and went ahead with PMMA to get a larger non tapered look...
