TOPIC: Preparations for PMMA

Preparations for PMMA 11 years 5 months ago #1275545755

Hello fellow enthusiasts!

I am planning to undergo several PMMA procedures to take my skinny unit from 4.5 to 5.5. I was not blessed with a big unit, but I managed to gain length from 6\" to 8\" by hard work over several years. I tried everything I could to gain Girth as well, but nothing worked for me. A successful PMMA would make me feel complete physically.

However, before I book an appointment, I need to fix my tight Foreskin (Phimosis) and my extreme turtle neck. I have a question for you guys regarding the Circumcision, since PMMA is hard to inject above the circ scar, should I ask my surgeon to cut as little as possible off, so that the scar is just below the glans? And shall I keep the Frenulum if I can?

Also if anyone could recommend a good doctor for Removal of excessive scrotum skin (turtle neck), in Europe, that would be awesome.

As thanks, I will document my journey with photos included to give back to the community .

Keep the Frenulum. Have scar just below the gland. Having the scar just below the gland will make your penis ideal for PMMA.

I emailed Dr C for confirmation and was shocked by the response...

\"Dr. C recommends a low Circumcision line, leaving semi-loose tissue. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.Regards\"

What you said hoddle makes so much more sense, why would a low circ line be better?

It\'s the same thing as I recommended. Low actually means near the glans, though you\'d think it would mean the opposite. Basically you want the circ line just below the glans with very little pink inner skin.

Confirmed, my interpretation was off. I hope the doctors will listen to my wish.
