TOPIC: My Elist Implant experience so far

Ok I was glad that messageman deleted that fight, but in it there was a pm from me advising dcimpin away from having the implant because i struggeled with probs back then.
Shill no shill I really dont care what people think, but I have the best documented guide to how to deal with elist implant, cream names, times, how to strech the skin and how to solve every problem that occured in the way.
You can delete my entire topic and I would care less.. I have saved everything and I will post it in a seperate site, but that would be unfair because elist had many fails, but i still think that he have more success than fails.

I saw people in the office, I am good my self and i get pm from members that have it today and they dont want to deal with the attack on thier intelligense on how they can be so stupid to chose that implant.
I made my choice, and thank god for it today. and I truely hope that none of the PMMA patients end up like J'rgen Ege patients did. no man deserve to suffer.

All good no problems, and still streching vegina with the rocket.
The more important aspect is : I am cured from the mental problem I had with penis size realizing that it really dosnt matter as much as I thoughed it did. It was in my head all the time.
Today I am big, and it did change my behaving and my selfconf but there was no problem to begin with.

Flacid length and what people think dont matter at all. Yes women love size, but honestly we love small vegina as well and its a combination. few woman can take this size everyday.

I am happy you haven\'t had problems but your case is a fluke! Too many guys have had their wieners/ball sack destroyed and scarred by Dr. Elist, and he happily covers it up and tricks more men into receiving his implants which he knows he has had a very low success rate. The sad thing is he is spreading mis information about PMMA because it\'s forcing him to loose business. Statistics never lie, consider yourself lucky one of the very few lucky ones.

Michael I dont care about Elist business, nor I would defend him, but he have more success than you think. You only hear about failed ones. The war against Dr elist on this site I have no interest to be a part of. But truth must be told, I visited his office 2 times and its full with people and I spoke to some on them. How can he survive the expenses if he dont have enough costumers ??
And I know many Guys here support PMMA and I really dont care.

I am documenting my story, the way it is. and I would like to repeat that I am not a Lucky Elist patient, I think I am one of the few WHO dared to speak posetive about him in this board and it ruined my topic. This suppose to be a experience topic along with guide and documentation to solve some probs I had. instead it became a war zone about Dr Elist.

I\'m not an Elist supporter but I love coming to your page and to see how well your experience is going and I hope you continue to do so because that\'s what this forum is all about.. It\'s not called PMMA.com forum.. Lol.. It\'s all about any kinds of Phalloplasty. Trust me if I only saw PMMA all across this forum it would get pretty boring for me personally. So I like seeing journeys like yours. It\'s like a breath of fresh air for this forum instead of the same ole, same ole.

The worst update lol. Elist Implant Removal

So the awaited have happend and it sucks big time , since last november my penis during the Cold days here in Denmark started to retract and I already had a very retractive penis so it was simply pulling the implant backwards and was hurting.
One day I slept on my stomach and the NeXT day the implant was bended upfront near the penis head. I tryed to fix it but it just couldnt be straight. Same night I had sex and it felt uncomfortable.
I waited a week and it was bending even more and looked like it was folded/ brocken, during erictions it got ok but not normal looking and pocked out at midshaft , it gets straight during sex.
It was poking like hell flacid and I toke a video and sent it to Vaheh Dr Elist Helper. He replied that it was brocken and needed to be replaced with a new implant and the good thing is that the new implant was coming in the end of february.
I asked for few days to think about if I wanted it removed or replaced with a new one and I was afraid of the poking gives me infection like it did with all of the Guys in here.

So I went in the think box and spoke with the wife as well. She replied by saying remove the damn thing before you hurt youself and it was not important as I thoughed it was. She insisted on Removal.
For my self I had a look into the big mans World and its very good but my mobillity and comfort was more important.
With the implant I couldnt Work out,
I couldnt drive or sit for a long time, because my penis simply want to retract during certain movements or positions.
I just didnt feel normal walking with it, and sex had a lack of sensation, with condoms I couldnt feel anything at all.

So I made apointment in surg center march 5 and had time with elist same day earlier at 9.00, even when Dr Elist enter the office Building 9.50 - 9.55 everyday. I told them that its gonna be 80% Removal and 20% Exchange all depends on the new implant how soft it its.
I flew with a friend march 4 to LA on a direct flight from Copenhagen and went to Dr Elist office at 9.00 march 5. Same day earlier I had a tea and few cucumber slices then I remembered I had to be fasten for surgery, I didnt get any instuctions from Elist office though. We waited 1 hour for Dr Elist arrive and they welcommed me and toke me to show me the new implant. It was Vaheh and the new Dr Fred, lol Iranian by the name Fred was funny he was new guy from the boat and neither Vaheh or Fred had a recognized medicin degree in USA, its was only from Iran they have thier education or so they say.
I toke a look at the new implant and he told me it had 2 mesh, and that scared me because I had huge truble with the first mesh, and couldnt ejaculate because it was very tight.
The new implant was softer than the first one, but only my marginals , so they gave they me boath implants so I can compare them and I asked the implant I have feels soft in hand why is so hard inside and the answered me it was becuase if the scar tisssue.

I said that I wanted a Removal and they said ok, and waited for Dr Elist WHO was not happy to remove my implant, because he knows about my documentation here and its basicly the only posetive one about that implant.
He came and looked at it, and he said its not brocken only the stiches have turned and I had scar tissue at the inscesion area that holded the implant stuck, so he said its fine , give him serracor nk to break the scar tissue and no need to reomove it.
I said no Doc I cant live with it anymore I wanted it removed, he wasnt happy about it though. We went to the surgery center and I told them about the tea and cucumber and they spoke with Dr Elist advising to do it NeXT day afraid that I vomit on my self and choke or it gets in the air ways. I respected that openion and went out to have some funn in LA.
We came in NeXT day and I had my surgery and woke up mumbling parying to god for forgiveness for the wars we did and the earth we destroyed , and I remembered that I wanted the implant as a reminder or a souvenir.
Dr Elist came and told me it was very good and there was no problem at all. When I asked for the implant he said it was sent to patoligist for analyses..... hmmmm
Few minutes later he came in with a brand new implant in a plastic back saying look this is your implant there is nothing wrong with it.
In my daisyness I could tell he was leing and that implant was new, my implant was folded and bent. I toke a look at my penis it was wrapped and looked big.
We went to the hotel, and i slep sooooo Good and was reliefed it was removed.
Next day we went to Elist office and he toke a look and everything was good, in the NeXT room I could hear a crying old man that had infection. Dr Elist told me to come NeXT day at 12.30 to have the tube removed even when it was saturday.

NeXT day we came and removed the wrap and he told me to pull it 3 times a day and increase times and strength of the pulling when it heals.
When I had the wrapping and the tube removed it started to swell and contract, alot. Thanks to serracor nk the swelling went Down very fast and I have very Little swelling at the base now 1 week post Removal. I take my antibiotics and my serracor dayly now, and everything looks ok.
My penis is very retracted and I had eriction and toke a look at it. I have gained some capsule gains at the base, but the tight mesh have simply squeezed my penis to a smaller size at midshaft up the penis head. I guess it can come back with time and pumping. I have lost about 4 cm length that 1,3 Inch or so. Anyway I cant judge it now, I will wait another week before I start streching, let it heal now.
Dr Elist recommended a good german strecher by the name penimaster pro and it cost me 250 euro over the net, its like 330 usd. Serracor nk 600 pills for 250 usd for 3 months supply.
Elist was very carefull dealing with me, becuase I think he knew that I will simply cut all of thier dicks if he screwed me..... And I had the people with me WHO was prepared to do that.

They gave me a prescription for Kenalog and instructed me on how i do it, but it was weekend so I couldnt get it in LA.... I would never inject my self with Kenalog anyway and would have it done by a doctor here if needed, and they gave me the attached instructions.

Friday I asked about the cost and Dr Vaheh said that Dr Elist have paid 4500 usd for the surgery center and I could pay him whatever I pleased to , I was gonna pay him 2500 usd for the surgery center as it normally cost, and told him that I will have it transfered when i get home. Later same day I went to the surg center asking if they have charged 4500 usd and there was no need for answer I can tell by thier nervouse eyes it was a lie and he only paid 2000 or 2500. If he had given me my implant and i can prove it was not brocken i would have paid him for doing a good Removal. but he was leing.
Again with you Guys he always take Money upfront but first time I went there I had an Full Hells angels member with with ties to hells angels USA, and this time I had a Guy with dead eyes if you understand, Dr elist knew I was not to fuck with and I think he have saved him self from disastor, let us see how it turns lol.

Now I wait for healing and the recovery process to get my length back. Sensation is no good, skin is no good, penis retracted all the time, but it dosnt scare me thanks to the shared experience from you Guys. and I was Lucky to avoid infection.

Sorry to here about your problems. But on the plus side there are plenty of guys here who have been through the same who can advise you on what are the best steps for a good recovery. Hopefully you will be one of those who gain some Girth due to the scar capsule.

Good luck with your recovery and please keep us updated. I\'ve personally had some good success using DMSO and Iodine for scar tissue. I find it really softens it up and make stretching much easier. Also dynamic pumping should be very effective for stretching scar tissue.


It\'s truly shocking that Elist is still in business. He simply has to be a sociopath. Surely you have to have limited emotions and real lack of empathy to keep doing this. His failure rate must be very close to the 100% mark for guys 5 years post op. It has to be over 50% for guys 1 year post op. How can anyone of a sound mind do these surgeries knowing that sooner or later the patient is going to have to have the implant removed and this can cause real problems?

He probably didn\'t give you your original implant because the last thing he wants is pictures of his handiwork on the internet. Pretty bizarre if he did in fact give you another implant and not your original. Sorry to hear about your issues, and as Hoddle pointed out, you are in the right community - many men here have been down that road and you can learn a lot from their recovery. There are plenty of reports on both the old (Phalloplasty.proboards.com) forum as well as this one.

I\'m truly surprised that no sort of litigation, no medical board/supervision, or advice by colleagues have slowed down or halted Dr. Elist\'s continuation of Phalloplasty services. If those with leverage aren\'t willing to challenge Dr. E, how will this madness stop? I suppose it starts here...with the free flow of information. The more exposure we get as a community, the more informed future prospective Phalloplasty patients will be. And what TheDane is doing is very brave. I implore all of our members, regardless of procedure & doctor, to come forward and share your experiences, good or bad! What TheDane has done here may in fact save the health of many future penises, food for thought!

Remember to wait until you are properly healed and start stretching. I was eventually able to get almost an Inch longer than before the implant...It takes time and patience but it can be done
Your post will save men from getting this horrific implant .
Elist is a monster and will get his comeuppance in this life or the next.

The strecher Elist advice looks like it did Wonders for people in short time 1 year.

It seems like I have gained alot of girth from capsule, skin is attached at midshaft , dos any of you have experience on that ?
I havnt messured yet but i will, swelling went away but yesterday I carried some heavy bags and that have given me swelling Again, some blod vesseles might have been damaged, i forgot its only 10 days since the surg.
That penimaster is not much better than andro penis strecher, I just got it, but I am gonna wait with streching until everything looks ok, I have some minor pain in the penishead propobly from removing the stiches.

I had sex 2 days ago and its working ok though beeing able to ejaculate at orgazimes is heaven.... man that mesh was a hell....

If the penile skin is attached to the CC, then I think it should be released from the CC. You want any and all scar tissue, lying elist calls it capsule, removed or taken care of. It may cause you problems later on, it surely had caused me shortening of the shaft and curvature.
Stretch as soon as you can bare it to reduce shortening of the shaft. I started stretching and pumping days after the agonizing Removal and it hurt like hell, but also listen to your body since every one is different.

the skin I keep moist and massage, and I can feel the scartissue capsule under the skin during erictions it Hurts a bit until it streches to the needed ericted length and Girth.
I am on serracor nk and the fibrin in it desolve the scartissue, so I will be using it for 3-6 months and see. I dont have any hard scartissue formation on the penis, not big ones.
I started streching with the penimaster pro belt and I really like the vaccume cup, it dosnt hurt the glans when weared. Curvature I have very Little, my goal is to strech to the needed length or at least my old length.
I cant do much to detach the skin from cc but I hope it gets better with time by itself, dont want to do another surgery bro.
I still have some swelling at base on penile skin, but no pain though. The discomfort is only at midshaft where the skin is attached .
Let me keep streching and give it 2 months and we see what happens.
