TOPIC: The uncut thread

The uncut thread 11 years 2 weeks ago #1277190813

Hello all

The idea behind this thread is basically to pool some information with regards to stories, be they successful or problematic, of uncut members who\'ve had pmma. Would possibly be helpful for newbies who don\'t recognise older members who are uncut and don\'t fully research the boards to see what can go right or wrong if you are uncut.

After a few months out of the forums I have returned and coming across a few new names I have seen a couple of similar issues to the ones I have. It has resurfaced my opinion that pmma, purely for aesthetic reasons, is better suited to guys who have been circumcised. We all deal with the issues previously stated such as FBG, lumps and bumps. ridges and unevenness. However with my experience the main issue is the effect it has on the foreskin. I remember hoddle10 explaining to me about the dangers of phimosis. Where you have an inibility to retract your foreskin. When flaccid I now have this issue. Albeit not as severe as to need operations. It leaves me with an unnatural penis. Looks ok but when you start to touch ie as a woman would maybe, it\'s clear that its not as she might expect.

When I got my 2nd and 3rd round. I assumed that once the pmma set, the skin of the penis would move over the filler. Instead of this it\'s taking the pmma with it, hence the clump. To me it\'s not natural at all an could raise questions. It\'s like the pmma is attached to the skin and not underneath.

Is this normal? Is it supposed to be like this or has something not gone right? And can it be fixed?

The best results with PMMA that I\'ve seen are with uncut guys who have 10% concentration. Eqstudent, pr2008 and mikehok all had results that looked incredibly natural, much more so than any of the cut guys.

The trouble seems to be when higher concentrations are used and numerous rounds. Pr2008, as I mentioned above, had an extremely good looking result with 10%, but then went back for a 2nd round, in which he had 20% and ended up having to be Circumcised.

I mentioned it hundreds of times, but it\'s all about skin compliancy as the PMMA will settle best in the areas of least resistance. I\'m Circumcised, so I\'m less clear how this effects uncut guys, as I don\'t have a Foreskin to figure it out. Obviously I know what a Foreskin is, but without feel how it retracts and moves over the glans, it\'s hard to really know.

As concerns the PMMA being stuck to the skin, I think it\'s very hard for the Dr injecting to fully know if he\'s injecting above or below the dartos tissue. If it\'s into or below the dartos, the skin should glide over the PMMA. However, it PMMA is injected above the dartos, then the PMMA would probably stick to the skin. This will be much more of a problem for uncut guys or those with loose skin. So it you\'ve had multiple rounds, there is every chance that some PMMA could be injected above the dartos and thus be stuck to the skin.

Makes you an ideal candidate in my opinion, but care is needed as your skin is loose, so the PMMA will settle very easily in the middle. Hence less product should be used and not much at either end, as it can get moved into the middle.

Yours should have been a spotless result and I\'m sure it will be very good, once you have a touch up, but I think Dr C got things wrong. I think 20cc of 10% or 20%, with a slight taper at either end, would have left you with a flawless result after 1 round. That\'s my opinion anyway.

Here are some photos of the uncut guys I mentioned. As you can see they are virtually flawless and perhaps as good examples of PE than you\'ll seen anywhere.

The first 2 are Eqstudent, who gained 0.75\". The second 2 are of Andy, who gained 0.6\". The last photo is of Pr2008 who gained 0.4\". I also have a photo of Mikehok\'s but couldn\'t find it. He gained 0.5\" and it looks as good as these.

Thanks for that hoddle. Would you think that there is a possibility to unstick the skin from the PMMA? It may mean it is not stuck to the dartos and only the skin. which could be disasterous if allowed to roam free around the penis! I\'m still waiting a reply from both doctors. Takin their sweet time lol. If I get to Mexico I\'m definitely going for 10% touch up and nothing more. Hopefully dr c can fix this.

Also you can get Circumcised after PMMA? If it improves my unit it\'s something I might consider myself. Slightly drastic maybe but I need a drs opinion to be certain.

To be honest, when I first saw you photos I thought to myself he probably will have to be Circumcised to fix that. When they circumcise you, it might me an option to peel the skin back and remove the stuck PMMA. I\'m no expert though, so you should definitely consult a Urologist.

My suggestion would be to go and see Gordon Muir or Suks Minhas in London. You might even be able to arrange to see them both on the same day. Personally I wouldn\'t have anymore PMMA if I were you. I really don\'t like the way the procedure as evolved. Both Dr C and Dr N need proper case managers, with a decent knowledge of PE procedures, as in my opinion, neither seem capable of doing the job themselves.

Is that what would have to happen should it be that the PMMA is stuck to the skin? You know more than I do hoddle what made you think I\'d need a Circumcision? I\'m hoping there is another way and I\'m sending dr c a few photographs in the hope he can resolve it. If he recommends a visit to a Urologist I will be visiting one! I can get my Foreskin all the way back for cleaning etc, so it doesn\'t seem as bad a pr2005 but not 100% certain. I\'m out the uk at the minute so will have to find one here.

I doubt I do, as I\'ve never had PMMA and without seeing and feeling the problem it\'s hard to be sure what it is. There is a difference between the skin and PMMA seeming to be stuck, but still moving and when the PMMA prevents the skin from moving. The first isn\'t a big deal, whilst the second can be a tricky fix.

Personally I wouldn\'t go to Dr C, as I think he\'ll want to inject PMMA and free the skin at the same time. But obviously wait to see what he has to say in response to your email.

I think you should just get the skin freed up and then see what needs to be done. I know Dr C tried to free skin with a cannula, but I think the best option would be to find the adhesion and try and release is with a nokor needle. The reason I thought you might need to be Circumcised is just because the PMMA seems to bunch up when you retract the skin. I thought that was an issue for you, but if it isn\'t, then leave it.

Hoddle hope my last post didn\'t offend you mate just read it back. I just mean because you\'ve had a much longer journey than me is all. It\'s definately an issue!

So dr n has been back in touch. She says the product does not attach to the skin. I\'m going to ask her what she can do to fix the issue and what she thinks the cause of the problem is.

Also I\'ve had contact with wade and dr c requested some photographs so waiting for the reply from those now. To be honest even if he manages to unstick the skin an sort this out without a cc used I\'d still pay him!

Think a visit to a Urologist will also have to be organised.

You didn\'t offend me in the slightest bit. I didn\'t mean to sound as I could have been offended! I just want you to know I\'m no expert and thus my opinion is of limited value.

You don\'t need to go to Dr C to unstick the skin. I\'ve only known him try and do so once and that wasn\'t successful.

When you say \"it\'s definitely an issue,\" are you referring to the bunching up when you retract the skin? If so, I think a low and loose circ probably will prove to be the best solution.

If you go to 1.45 of this clip, you\'ll see a Dr using a cannula to create space ready for Macrolane. However the cannula is blunt, so is unlikely to be able to free the skin where it\'s stuck. This is what Dr C has tried in the past that didn\'t work.

However, if a Nokor needle was used, I think the skin could be freed up. Here is a link to a photo of such a needle:

www.acuderm.com/Nokor_Needle_p/nk181.htm

As you can see it\'s a thin needle with a tiny little blade on the end. They are used for correcting acne scars, as often with acne, the issue is that the skin is stuck to the tissue below and needs to be separated. So a dermatologist uses this type of needle as the blade at the end allows him to seperate the skin from the underlying tissue. In theory it should be the ideal solution for your problem.

Can you reference the failed procedure with the cannula hoddle? I did write Dr. C and his response was exactly that he would like to use a thicker cannula to unstick the skin and then do a second round of PMMA at the same time. I will let him know about the nokor needle and see what he thinks.
