Here are my post R2 pictures on day 1.
Measures around 6.1-6.2 EG ms/base/neck. Initially it was like 7\" EG with swelling / sleeve. FG is/was 5+\". That was crazy.

I\'m sure it will drop as the swelling goes away but I think it will stay at or close to 6 because it also feels very full. There does not seem to be as much liquid as last time. Looks very natural from most angles. Feels much better than round 1. So far I\'m very happy. If it stays close to this I will basically be done, just a touch up if needed.

I\'ve seen a lot of men in locker rooms etc. I think realistically I\'ve only seen a couple of men with similar Girth. I\'m writing this down so I don\'t forget when dysomorphia kicks in.

Did another 20cc of 10% and a touch of 30%.

I feel like this thing could really beat up a woman\'s vag if I wanted to.

Okay, so after 10 - 15 days post op round 2, I can post the semi final results. The final result will likely keep changing but this will be close to what it will be.

My final size is:

5.6 EG near the glans, CS.
6.1 MSEG
6.25 BEG

Length seems the same this time, 6.25 EL.

My Flaccid hang seems to be stuck at 4-5 EL. I don\'t turtle anymore.

I am quite happy with the result, despite some minor aesthetic issues. Most of the issues I believe can be corrected in a touch-up.

I think it looks much better than round 1, and I increased my size at the same time.
I need to get a bit added at the base on the right side and there is some minor unevenness which I would like to address in the touch-up.

I think my wife is happy with the results, she said it looked much better than round 1.
I asked her if she wanted me to take out the PMMA and she said no (I told her it was possible to remove and go back to normal (a complete lie)).
This is good information in itself as I know that although aesthetic do matter, apparently size matters more than aesthetics.

I think the size is a good size for her, she is a small asian woman so going to 7\" Girth is unnecessary and she has made it clear that she does not want more Girth.

I assume she would prefer an extra Inch or two of length but I doubt she will be fussy about that, at 6.0 x 6.0 that is a pretty big Dick all things being equal.
I guess from here I am done adding size and I will now focus the last part of my journey on fixing aesthetic issues.

So far there are no complications to state. It has been over 1 year since the implant was first put into my penis. So far everything seems just fine. I don\'t have any inflammation or anything weird like new nodules. I still have the same small cluster of hard nodules that formed on the top right side under the glans immediately after round 2. They are palpable and still visible in both Erect and Flaccid. However you pretty much need a magnifying glass and stretch the skin back to see it. It does not bother me at all.

So far, size at CS is still 5.6, size at MSEG has reduced slightly to between 5.75 and 5.85. On a good day with a Cock ring I am still close to 5.9 or 6.0 MSEG. Base Girth is less too, stable around 5.8-6.0.

Some of the issues I initially had with the right bottom side have lessened. I still have one spot which becomes inflamed and puffy sometimes after rough masturbation or sex. It is visible in some cases when I am Flaccid.

I have noticed that the shape and aesthetics of the PMMA implant change a bit. The penis is a dynamic organ anyways, so it just stands to reason that it will continue with a PMMA implant.

I have tried on several occasions to get the okay on a round 3 (increase) from the wife. She has adamantly stated that she does not want more size. I may be able to trick her into accepting a very small size increase when I address some of the aesthetic issues in a third round (I\'ll probably just add a touch more anyways lol).

Psychological update:
On some occasions I still feel like I have a thin penis. It is frankly amazing that your mind can just adapt so easily. I definitely do not have the same angst and \"penis depression\" that I had before. So I think for certain PMMA is a healthy option if you are stuck in a multi-year penis depression. I define a penis depression as a depression in which you worry about your penis size at least 10 times a day.

I no longer feel like I have the smallest willy around. One day I will post more pictures. For now, I will just conclude my update and let any readers know I have not had any new issues so far. I still do not regret the choice to have PMMA and it has definitely helped my confidence. When push comes to shove I have to accept the fact that statistically speaking I do possess a relatively large Girth penis. Having sex with the wife takes some work and buildup - quickies are almost totally \"out\".
