Have you had any sexual encounters with it like this? I would just say you had an accident or were born like that. Might be kinky for them. Just add more product and have then break it up a little. I wouldn\'t get Kenalog though. Good luck.

@gsxr. No I haven\'t had any sexual encounters with it like this yet. Me and my girlfriend broke up awhile back. I mean I guess I could just say I was born that way. Why would you advise against the kenelog shot?

Just wanted to say that I\'d followed your thread closely. I hadn\'t a chance to respond until now.

I think your experience following round 1 must have been very traumatic for you both physically and emotionally. I thought you should know that for every post you get, there are probably a hundred more guys like me reading and thinking of you.

Since round 2 its looking a lot, lot better. I\'ve no doubt too from reading here that there will be more improvements to come on your next round. There seem to be a few options for reducing the excess below the glans.

Hey JT.how are things?ive only just seen your thread too and have been through many similar experiences to you since having my first round almost a year ago and wanted to let you know you are not alone,after reading this entire thread i could see myself in many of your posts and can sympathise with what you are going through.i too have a large large lump and an unnaturalness.im not sure what to do.like you,was thinking of Kenalog but some have advised against it?then I would fill with 10%.i thought they were cutting back on 30%treatments as there were too many lumps and hardness from it?

@Hans. Hey man. Im really sorry to hear you are going through a hard time right now with your post procedure. just know that you are not alone in this.

As many of you know by now The major factors concerning my first procedure were the fact that most of the product migrated to below the glans on the bottom side of the shaft. Dr. C even said prior to round 2 that this was one of the worst migrations he had seen so far. The other major factor concerning the procedure was the fact that i seem to have some tight skin in the middle upper area of my shaft where the product has significant trouble staying.

During Round 2 we addressed these areas and all though it has improved somewhat. I think that my overly aggresive massaging simply moved all of the product forward pushing it up against the already existing ring and thus created another visible ring of product and still left some gaps on the left and right side of the shaft.

There is still a large mass of product on the underside from Round 1 and I think that this will be the last area of concern that we address when everything else is taken care of. We will either try to break the area up with the canula and smooth it out or they will perform a Kenalog injection. As far as the increase in the protrusion on the underside of the shaft near the glans that i was concerned about immediately after round 2, it seems as though most of that was just swelling from the fluid and from the side my unit is starting to get a real nice uniform shape to it.

1 MONTH Post OP ROUND 2 Erect. Seems as though we were better able to fill the areas on the left and right side in the middle of the shaft with round 2 but some definite imperfections are still obvious and i am concerned with the \"unnatural\" appearance and uniformity of the shaft. I hoping with Round 3 we can do a touch up and we can smooth some of these areas of concern out. What do you guys think? What is your opinion on how Round 2 seems to have worked and how we may approach Round 3 next Month? Im honestly considering having them make the entry points in the low divot areas on the left and right sides because this is where most of the product seems to end up forming because it is constantly trying to escape the holes. Im also not entirely sure how much massaging really is necessary. Im sure it helps but there maybe a point where massaging could be doing more harm than good.

To all the guys on here that are having troubles or feeling low about their outcomes all I can say is to stay strong and stay the course. These things take time and unfortunately maybe more money then we planned on spending, But in the end I think we will all have positive outcomes. Hey JT, Thanks for your post. I, too, am having aesthetic concerns after my round one procedure with a collection of PMMA on the back side of the cir scar and unevenness throughout. I was hoping that your round 2 resulted in a better appearance. I hope that it continues to get better and that round three will finally sort this out for you. It\'s quite an emotional roller coaster having this procedure and not knowing exactly how it will turn out. Some people turn out almost flawless and others, like us, have less than ideal outcomes. Like you said we have to remain strong and stay the course. We chose this elective procedure and will have to live with results good or bad. I still have faith that it will turn out good for us with issues we\'re concerned about.

How was your aftercare? Did you use a ESL40 type stretcher? Did you wrap it or have silicone sleeve? Did you take viagra and try to keep erections? Did you take anti-swelling meds? You said you over massaged possibly. Did you go back the next day to see Wade? Did he move the PMMA around to re position what he though was out of place?

What's going on Jon, Sorry to hear/read about what you are going through, so glad things are getting better. Looked at your unit after round 2.....what an improvement.
Prolly means little coming from me but I wouldn\'t worry about what to tell women reference the appearance of my junk....if you hadn't spent time(relations of sorts)with her before-- she shouldn\'t be the wiser. In my opinion, most dicks are ugly anyway, just like people no two are exactly alike, it's not that I run around looking at dicks, (PhalloBoards-HA maybe I do, but you know what I mean). Now, a pussy is downright ugly in most cases. Its funny how we men will say she's ugly, no breast, no butt, fat etc. The bottom line is we still do it'.not all men but most. Women are the same; your Dick is fine...just relax. If you must tell them something say 'I\'ve never had a pretty Dick, it\'s crude and effective, it\'s not supposed to be cute that\'s what my face is for.'
Anyway I have an appt with DR C round 2 soon. I\'ve read your post, so I was wondering why they used 30% on you again, or at least the bulk was 30%? It has seemed that 10% has been used for a more aesthetic look and feel. I was just wondering about the ideology behind it being that we have similar issues. I will have the same conversation with him as you did I would imagine. Mine didn\'t settle as yours but did collect on the bottom of my shaft below the circ. Unfortunately I kinda like the way it looks...So just trying to get some insight, what to expect'..Again good to see that all it better! Take care, lemme me know how that thing works looks menacing

It will probably end up looking a bit odd in the end, but I guess it could get much better from here - which is the good news. I guess you\'ll also get some more size.
