I am just curious as to why you are so eager to entice men into having a procedure that has such a horrible track record...AsI have repeatedly stated, I have been on these PE boards for almost 5 years now and I have yet to come across a successful implant. We have actual day-to-day journals (before and after the procedure) , personal stories,, etc...What do you have? Dr. Elist\'s word?
1. Don\'t you feel the least bit guilty about trying to entice men to have such a risky procedure?
2. Don\'t you feel worried that eventually something will happen . I mean, if I stumbled on a web site and found that all the men who have had PMMA eventually had serious issues with it, I sure wouldn\'t be sleeping well at night. And I certainly wouldn\'t be recommending it to complete strangers on the Internet...Going so far as to meeting them in groups at the doctor in question\'s office.
And perhaps why you have had such a hostile reception is because Dr. Elist has tried numerous times to infiltrate our website with fake stories about the implant. Your story looks real so far but it seems to me that you have beaten the odds...And I would be extremely surprised if you still had the implant in 3 years time.
Our motivations are not to prevent Dr. Elist from making a living; rather, we are trying to save men\'s penisies from being permanently damaged by a procedure that has a very documented horrible track record.
Please use the search engine and find out more about this doctor and implant and his attempt to use shills on this site. And then come back to me and tell me that you still fully trust Dr. Elist and have no worries about the implant.

And yes, I keep asking there same questions over and over because you never answer them.

Really Tarzs? And from what research brought you to this conclusion? As I have repeatedly told you, it\'s not that you have the implant and giving your progress report here...The problem is that you are enticing men to have a procedure that, frankly, has butchered countless men.
And again I will ask...With all this evidence on our website to point to the fact that the Implant has had a zero percent success rate...wouldn\'t you feel the least bit worried that perhaps all the evidence on the Internet (other than Dr. Elist\'s office) is true after you go on touting the implant as...And I repeat this...because it needs repeating:

And didn\'t you get a sinking feeling after finding all these stories on the Internet about the horrors of the implant (presumably after you got the implant). I am very curious. Because either you haven\'t read the reports on here about the Implant or you don\'t believe them. There is no way you are walking happily around with that implant in your pants, believing those horrendous progress logs and stories

Out of the 1,000 reasons you seem like a shill, there are few that are the most outstanding (and most classic of shill symptoms). Most notably, the inability to directly answer tough questions, and to answer them thoroughly. If you wish to go out of your way to prove you are in fact 100% legitimate, then doing something as simple as answering questions can be a great start. Start with Messageman\'s questions first please.

And if you are surprised about all this shill-talk, just remember that this doctor has been notorious in his association with shills and the infamous MyNewSize (older website that is no longer around), so naturally, we become skeptical. And as Messageman pointed out, this forum was created in response to MyNewSize, and my username was based on the very same skepticism that I have with you. Hopefully you\'ll see why this Moderation team takes the position that it does.

TheDane, have you attempted contacting the doctor\'s office to ask if they are involved with Tarzs or any previous suspected or proven shills? Someone should.

Shills for a doctor, product, procedure, etc. = a form of marketing
A person relying on the \"marketing\" and ending up with the \"product\" has a very strong and valid case for false advertising or deceptive ad practices lawsuit.

You can\'t even accept the fact that I have had the implant for 4+ years pictures are worth a 1000 words and I have shown my pictures as requested in such way that can only be current such as having written some words on a piece of paper and next to my penis. As I have stated already this is the only time I went to post about my experience and have no complaints to this date. Granted the mesh around the gland could use some improvement but I say this again 5 years ago when I began my research this was my choice. But that is exactly what you\'ve done. Not only have you done that, but you\'ve taken a step further by suggesting people meet you at the Dr\'s office. You are soliciting on his behalf. You\'ve made ridiculous claims to promote a method that has a terrible track record. Why would anyone do that without incentive? Your words are worth a 1000 pictures, as they show us without doubt what your intentions are. Hence you can post all the photos you like, as they mean nothing. You are a shill plain and simple.

I agree with Hoddle, shill plain and simple. We haven\'t denied you\'ve had the implant or whether the writing on a piece of paper was yours, but having the implant in you doesn\'t absolve you of suspicion of shilling! All you did was continue to dodge some crucial questions, and found the quickest exit since you\'ve probably realized any proof of false advertising on Dr. Elist\'s part (as pointed out by Briceb) can have some serious implications. Sad and pathetic.

I implore all former Dr. E patients to build a coalition to help bring an end to this madness...beyond this forum! This forum serves as a place for discussion, but as former patients, you all need to see to it that Dr. Elist discontinues his obscenely risky surgery and discontinues his unethical marketing practices so that future prospective patients aren\'t duped!

Why won\'t you answer my questions? Yes, I believe you have the implant. ..but please go to to my previous post and answer the questions (regarding the fact that the implant has almost a zero rate of long term success and the ethics question regarding enticing men to get such a procedure). Success can be measured in many ways other than wealth,...such as one\'s ability to care, support, and look out for fellow human beings...

No one in the World start a thread that says how happy he is for the success !!! specially not for that implant. I had it for almost 16 months its a painfull process that ends bad.

Getting the Elist implant brother? If so best of luck. I suppose this Gent couldn\'t take into consideration that the success rate isn\'t very high. His personal success is great and good for him. Maybe the same may happen for you? Just keep in mind, out of the many patients who have had it done. Only a few are as successful as this gent.

This tread demonstrates the helpfulness of this site, IMHO. Perhaps Tarz\'s arrogance has gotten in the way of his reason... ?

FWIW- Had it not been for this site, I might have been talked into having Elist\'s penile implant by Elist. This site confirmed my suspicions that I did not want his penile implant when I visited him last fall. As a former patient of Elist\'s, at this point - it appears he did do a good job on my testes implants (shells around my testes), and although it\'s been only six months, all has gone well. The former patients of his (for the testicular implants) were accurate, honest, and spot on. And with Elist being the only Dr. doing this particular procedure, I decided to do it.

However, I certainly WOULD NOT recommend his penile implant procedure, due to the horrendous track record. If some kind of action was advanced to apply pressure to stopping the Elist penile implant, I\'d be supportive of that action. Perhaps he should only focus on what he does well.
