Kit is pretty simple. Make sure you have sterile clothing to change into after the procedure. Arnica gel for swelling. Relax.

Since it is your first round you will get a ring near the cs. Be prepared mentally for that. The first 48 hours are really important. See if you can get 2 of those xsleeve. They\'re good for holding the shape while it \"sets\"

I think the first round is the hardest because you\'re introducing a foreign material into your body. Round 2 your penis does not \"freak out\" as it does in round 1.

Massage to keep your bumps/lumps under control. You pretty much have to dedicate the 48 hours to your Dick.

Cool. I\'ve got 2 xleeves and the arnica set. Do you wear the xleeves at night. Did you go for keeping it hard a lot with Cialis or Viagra over the first 48hrs? What about using an ADS during the collagen growth phase? Sorry for all the questions bro.

My wife can probably feel it although not much. Probably the reason she can feel it is because she remembers what I used to have down there.

To someone with no prior knowledge of your penis, I see zero chance they would know unless you have 4-5 rounds or something.

What does it feel like? Honestly after 2 years I can\'t remember what it felt like without it. Lmao.

I guess it feels like there is some squishy stuff in a couple of spots. It changes over time too. So it becomes softer with time. My first month or two it was very obvious to me. Now, not sooo much. But I can still feel it.

I just wear/wore the xsleeve until it gets annoying then take it off. Let air get to it, massage a bit, put it back on when you get a good look to it. Don\'t overdo it. Air healing is key for the entry points.

I don\'t think a stretching device is a good idea initially. Cialis is a good thing too. Get that and keep it in your system for 72 hours

With no chance of someone detecting it and no plans to get out of hand with multiple rounds, it still seems lower risk than this thread leads on to believe. Maybe I\'m blinded by the idea of having one element of my Dick being legitimately large. I don\'t know man.

How has your Flaccid hang and Turtling been post R1 healing and R2?

AND, Thanks for the advice man!!!

I don\'t turtle anymore. But what is weird is that now I look somewhat like I am uncut.

One difference is that I had \"big\" glands in proportion to my shaft. I think that helps with this procedure. If your glands are smaller, it may start to look out if proportion if you have this massive shaft and a tiny helmet.

That is awesome. I think you just look loosely Circumcised. It\'s a good look. Lol. Mine does that sometimes too, but I did some Foreskin restoration, on and off, so I have some extra skin to work with. It\'s great for jacking off!

I would love not to turtle anymore! I kinda dig running around naked now and then and have a wee Flaccid is not conducive. Did you notice this change after R1 or R2? Did your FL change significantly?

Yeah, my glans size and length will limit how much Girth I can add, which I\'ve come to accept. I think 5.75-6 MSEG is my max. It will put me squarely in the Magnum category, and shouldn\'t hinder sex.

You\'re already legitimately large.

If it makes you feel any better no matter how much size you add, you may still feel small. That is because it is in your head. It is psychological to a large extent. Like anorexia. Everyone on here has it I would guess.

Yeah...we all have body dysmorphia here. $$$ spend on shrinks is probably a more wise choice.

And thanks, but I VERY rarely get referred to as having a big or thick Dick. I\'d like to improve that.

I dont understand why most of the people on this forum say that using an extender , grip system or silicon dsleeve can significantly improved the esthetics during the after care look for exemple brunoxxx hes got one of the best result if not the best one with PMMA in this forum ( at least this is my opinion) and he only used to palpate and massaged his penis during the after care and he also took collagen supplement he never used a silicone sleeve or a extender or greep system and lets not forget that he used 30% and basically this amount supposed to bring for sure some lumps and some other unesthetics results so mind your own conclusion and concerns from this post...

Yes. This cannot be said enough. I know it looked like I flipped out after my third round without pics that showed major problems - but the feel was like A sock full of frozen peas and beans. Visually you couldn\'t see it yet. Now you can see it more...but still I have to take the pics with lighting on the side, etc...or stretch it out (to see it - you can always feel it). Depending on the partner, they could easily be like wtf in any oral sex or hand job situation. Plus it\'s even irritating on your own skin for penetrative sex to have hard lumps in there. So, yeah that\'s an important consideration that people miss when they see pics only.

Anunymi: There is obviously not a science to this, but wearing a sleeve to help keep the product evenly distributed why it settles makes sense to me, others have done it with good results and so I plan to as well, unless Dr C tells me otherwise. I don\'t think keeping it stretched is going to hurt, and since I would like to get some FL and minimize retraction, I\'m going for that as well. I\'m only going to take Vit C and CoQ10 during the collagen growth phase. Will it help. I don\'t know, but it shouldn\'t hurt really and its cheap. I am of course going to do exactly what Wade says as far as aftercare, so there will be plenty of massaging and what not. Oh, and I plan to be hard in my recover period too. I might add ibuprofen to help with the swelling/pain (and headaches I get from Cialis/viagra).

Restoration, et al: The feeling of imperfections is certainly concerning, but I still have to say that these problems seem to be more associated with guys who used 20%, 30%, high cc, or had many rounds. This is not my plan, whatsoever. Additionally, it seems like the guys who had irregularities with just 10% had it resolve with time, or with a touch up/R2 to the point of where it is rather undetectable by others except maybe someone who REALLY knows your Dick. I think what is most telling is that we have several gay dudes on here who have said that nobody noticed irregularities, and gay dudes are kinda experts on Dick.

I realize there is a shit ton of uncertainly, a crap load of knowledge (yet little hard science) on this forum, and a grip of guys who are frustrated with where they are now with PMMA. I appreciate what everyone is offering on here and I\'m really trying respectfully weed through the information to see what applies to my situation.

If there is anybody else who has had PMMA with Dr C and took a conservative approach focusing on aesthetic, I would love to hear about how you feel about your experience, results, and what you though helped achieve your goals.

Thanks Guys!

Peace, I did have round 1 with 27 cc of metacrill 10% and basically no aesthetic problems after it all settled. It was a bit rough until it was all settled in by 10 days, though (see my journal in the beginning section - looked like beef jerky). There was one lump at the base that dissipated at 8 weeks, and it was nothing like the lumps I have now with Linnea at 30%. So... there\'s one data point for you to confirm what you\'ve said. However, this was the old metacrill manufactured in 2013, and I think things may have changed with its quality... but obviously can\'t be certain. It just seems like it has been inconsistent in the last year.

I\'m just telling you because you want to know - not saying you need it (you know that by now..HA..)

Yea, gay guys who have given me head (with small lumps after r1 or r2) are mostly oblivious - except one or two - but those situations can fuck with your head. There\'s really nothing worse than someone trying to scrutinize irregularities in our peen when you\'re trying ot get off. I had guys give me head with a bruise on my Dick (didn\'t intend to - but ... it happened...) and he ignored it. There are thirsty thirsty gay men out there, so they will probably even ignore herpes if a Dick is big.

Also, this is one weird thing but you\'ve probably read about \"post sex swelling\" - well.. if I get a boner for long enough...like over an hour...my Dick will get the \"post sex swelling\" and it will camouflage about 80% of the problems... so that\'s another approach I\'ve taken before hooking up in the past. But, I\'d rather just be normal and maybe with my saline, 5fu and Kenalog it will turn out ok in a few more weeks. If I didn\'t work in a hospital... with access to doctors & open minded ones at that - I would be a lot more screwed.

Yeah, I remember checking out your progress report Restoration. I think your R1 turned out pretty good! The whole metacril vs linnea safe is a tough one, but I am hoping and it seems like they have resolved whatever issues they were having with metacril by now. I get head from gay dudes now and then (its just too easy!), so I get what you are saying. I\'d like to keep the irregularities to a minimum so I can keep that easy bj avenue open for business. lol

I have heard about the post sex swelling. It seems like it is limited to some people and it diminishes with time, like many of the issues. As you stated, it can be advantageous in certain circumstances.

Thanks for the info bro!
