TOPIC: PMMA locked in

So after a couple of months of deliberation, I have decided to book an appointment with Dr C on Tuesday September 1st. I will be coming from Australia, so it is going to be a long and pricey trip, but I hope it will be worth it. I arrive into the states on Sunday morning 30th of August and I plan to stay near LAX for the day/night to rest and hopefully recover form jet lag before catching a flight to San Diego the day after. I will then stay in Tijuana (Grand Hotel most likely) from the Monday to Friday in order to get the daily follow ups after my procedure in order to get the best possible result. Then I have 2 nights to kill and catch my flight back home on the Sunday.

My desired result would be having my Flaccid size dense enough where it will hang down when I sit down, to create a bulge and getting over the 5 Inch Girth mark. I haven\'t checked my stats properly of late given that I have been extending over the past 2 and a half weeks, but my length of memory was NBEL 5.31 inches and EG that varied from base to top 4.6-4.8. FL varies from 3-3.5 inches Girth around 3.9. Planning to take accurate measurements before I leave.

Given that I am uncut, I know not as much PMMA can be injected as the functionality of the Foreskin needs to be maintained, so I have ruled out gains like 0.5 or more which some get after their first session. What is the likelihood of me getting my desired result of my Flaccid penis being able to hang down whilst I am siting down?

Would be nice if there are any of you guys there during the same time as me, so there\'d be someone I could hang out with haha. To those who have done this journey before, how did you kill your time in Tijuana, and whether any of you guys stayed in different hotels?

I was bored to death in Tijuana. I shoulda brought my gf w me to entertain me. I think you\'ll get to your goal. The grand hotel is where ive stayed every time. It is a nice enough place. I prefer the surgery floor because the rooms are better. There\'s a Ton of fun shit to do in Tijuana. But most of it has to do with drinking and using ur Dick, so yeah, recovery in Tijuana for me has been boring. And yes PMMA has made my Dick hang way bigger.

There are okay & nice restaurants around the Grand Hotel. One was a Italian restaurant across the street that looked like it was a nice house once. Good food. Most places take US dollars.

@Kawkaw, LOL at the ton of fun shit to do is to do with drinking or using your Dick. I will bring my laptop along with me so I am able to pass time watching tv shows/movies and surfing the net. How is the internet speed in the hotel? Given I\'ll be booking through Avanti Derma, do I get the choice of choosing which level I am on?

Probably a stupid question, but is the area safe enough to walk around during the day. As a person coming from down under who watches documentaries about drug smuggling etc, my view is a tad warped.

Also, is it highly advised not to consume alcohol during recovery?

The internet service at the Grand is \"good enough\", but that is about all I can really say for it. Then again I am sort of spoiled because I have an 85MB bi-directional fiber connection at my house. You can surf and such. Don\'t know if it would be good enough for you to stream video. I do know that it is not good enough to have a VoIP call on because I tried. I didn\'t try the Italian place the last time I was there. But I did hit up the Argentinian steak house across the street. It was pretty damn tasty. There are assorted fast food chains within walking distance. As for safety, I didn\'t even think about it during the day. And given the traffic in the area it is probably fine at night. But I didn\'t go out at night either so I cannot speak from experience.

As for \"killing time\", not really a lot to do. Like kawkaw said, I was bored to death. My wife went with me the first time I was there expecting to have places to go shopping and site seeing. Well, let\'s just say when I scheduled round 2 and asked her if she wanted to go she said \"naw, I will pass\".

Not sure what to tell you on getting pesos simply because I am not familiar with the global acceptance of the Aussie dollar. But it definitely might be worth your effort to do some currency exchange to US dollars while you are in the LA airport since you will be able to use US dollars both in California and Tijuana.

Less than a month til my PMMA procedure and I am starting to get excited. Still can\'t quite decide on whether to go for metacril or linnea safe. In terms of percentage, I am leaning towards 20%. Thoughts on either?

Arrived in the Grand Hotel today and I have my appointment tomorrow. Hotel lobby is very modern, the room, not so much. Doesn\'t get much sun and the wall colours are weird. The view of the golf course makes it a tad nicer. Will be here til Saturday morning, think I will mostly be eating room service as I find it awkward eating in a restaurant alone lol.

I was a NewPlastic patient so I\'d stick with the same manufacturer and go with Linnea Safe, probably the 30%. As far as paying for things go I would simply use a debit card with a visa logo to make almost all my purchases, the reason being is that the currency exchange is like 16.82 pesos to 1 USD. This is great for us Westerners, but horrible for the mexican economy. So many times, some restaurants will give you the pesos amount and then round up if they suspect you are paying in US Currency. If you\'re traveling I would head to one of the local atms, withdraw $20-40 USD worth of pesos and use that money for restaurant tips or taxi fair. Thats my biggest recommendation! Secondly, what do you like? Do you like wine tasting, because Tijuana has that. Would you like to visit a Brewery? because tijuana has that. Do you like Argentine style steak houses, because tijuana has that too. Have you ever sat in an english speaking movie theater where they serve adult drinks, dry martini anyone? Because tijuana has that too. Do you like ancient egypt? Because King Tut is in town, he\'s at the Tijuana cultural center. My rule of thumb while i\'m anywhere in mexico, is if there isn\'t a bathroom/wash room close by to where they are serving food, I do not buy from that establishment. If I were you I would grab a probiotic at one of the pharmacies while you are in mexico, it\'ll help your GI tract adjust to any changes in your diet. You don\'t want to catch a nasty case of Hep A, C diff, or H pylori while you are down there which is why i recommend eating at places that have restrooms. Enjoy drinking lots of beer, wine, or bottled water. If you like senoritas, theres plenty of that too from PG to rated PSE encounters. If you want the latter, that should be discussed in a separate thread. Most italian joints are great down there along with a few of my favorite sushi spots. If you like gambling, Caliente casino is a good establishment. IMO the Grand Hotel sucks, I don\'t know why my gringo amigos continue to admire this place simply based on location. There are plenty of great modern and less expensive places to choose from with a better on site bar/restaurant. My biggest advice, is stay in your room for the first 24hrs, then the following day visit the hotel bar, enjoy yourself, have a drink, grab an Argentine steak. On day 3, keep your cock wrapped with clean dressing, then venture on into the city. Smile at a cute waitress whose serving you your italian lunch. Tijuana is a marvelous city, the baja med cuisine is delicious, you could yelp or tripadvisor a few locations if you are serious. If you have wifi and you don\'t speak spanish, download the google translate app, you can speak english and it verbalizes what you said back in spanish and vice versa. Be friendly to the people, but don\'t go all Santa Claus and tip heavy, it honestly creates a positive feedback loop of perception about the traveler and screws things up for other veteran travelers.

Back in my hotel room. Procedure went smoothly, the team are top notch. Had 15cc at 10%. Pretty happy with that as that was in line with the expectation that Wade gave me when I first spoke to him via email. I did not bring any ruler or measurement, but my penis looks nice and FAT. Probably a lot of swelling too.

The after care was a lot to take in, hopefully I can do a decent job of it. Good think I am here til Saturday so I\'m able to get a daily drop in to see what I am doing right or wrong. Wade told me to use my extender straight away which I have. The Max I have done with my penis master pro was 14cm, but going a conservative 12cm at the moment, probably pressing about 460g.
