I also lost my large top vein, but I also increased my Girth by near ~2in. Instead I have a patchwork of smaller non-3d veins covering it.

You are out of your mind if you want PMMA with a 6\" Girth Dick. This procedure has been one of the worst things to ever happen to me...and I actually needed augmentation far more than you. I was 4-4.5\" and only got up to 5-5.25 before it all went to hell, and that was pretty big. It took about a full year before all of the PMMA turned rock hard.

What do you mean you \"do this for you\"? You are in the top 1% of all penis sizes in the planet - and you want more \"for you\"? Why? Is it to cover up for some other inadequacy you have and are not facing?

To remind you: 5\" Girth is average. 6\" is freakishly large already and I\'d never be able to have sex w/ anyone over 5.5. Reading this board too much will screw with what you think is average and normal because most people here want to be huge.

At present, I\'ll never be able to have sex w/ anyone since my Dick looks like Lorena Bobbit x The Elephant Man. Lumpy mess of rock hard nodules + scars. You have no idea how much this fucked up my life... and my goal wasn\'t even where you are starting.

Anyway, I am sure my negative posts aren\'t appreciated - so I haven\'t been posting much, but I couldn\'t pass this one up.

Restoration, believe me, I really appreciate your honest comment. And that is my fear regarding PMMA. What if things turn bad in a year, like you, or 10, or 20 years, who knows when... And just for a 0.5\" gain? I also think the less PMMA you have the less chance of risks... But, again, who knows that...

Well look at it this way - You know 100% you\'ll be fine with no PMMA. Even if it\'s 5% chance of problems
With it, Why take on the risk of thet if you\'re 6\" eg? It\'s
Like when people who have nearly perect noses or bodies get nose jobs or lipo - and there\'s a 10% Revision rate...and now they have a problem they didn\'t before. They should\'ve just avoided it in the first place. I think most cosmetic procedures benefit people with significant problems (needle size Girth, gigantic nose, huge exercise resistant love handles at a low weight)

You are right, maybe it is time to cancel Dr.N date, for now... I think I have to read more and wait and see how this PMMA evolves... In the meantime I will go for the lig cut, just for flacid gains and maximise my Erect length gains through Hanging and extending. 8\"NBP goal.

If you are uncertain of your decision to go forward with PMMA, you definitely should not do it. This is a big decision and one that is permanent for all practical purposes.

Resto, I appreciate your posts. If anything, they will allow a candidate to contemplate the procedure more and be sure they want it done.
I still went ahead with mine, even after reading not only Resto\'s posts but others as well, and I\'m glad I went ahead. Hasn\'t been perfect though. I will post in my thread after round 3 is done in a couiple of weeks. So yeah, lumps and unevenness can happen.

I do not fear the permanent. In fact, I want permanent. What I do not want is health risks over the next years, and have to remove the PMMA.... And that\'s what none of us know.

Then you should cancel because it will be years before you have the data that you need to jump. Besides as someone has already said you\'re more than thick enough already.

Dude seriously if you\'ve got 6\" Girth don\'t risk it! I know the procedure is tempting and I\'m not really sure about it either. I like my length but I have really really hard time dealing with my Girth which is relatively REALLY thin compared to my length.

My length is BPEL 8\", NBPEL 7,5\" and Girth 4,5-4,7\", so I\'ve got the ultimate needle-Dick and because of the great length it looks freakishly thin. I\'d be completely happy if I\'d got to 5,5 inches of Girth which is in my book pretty large already. If you\'ve got 6 inches naturally then you\'ve got nothing to worry in that department.

And what about the acellular dermal graft -alloderm-, guys?

It is invasive surgery, but I can get that 0.5\" gain with just one graft, more than one I think increase the chance of risks, because this graft needs vascularity to survive and if you put one over the other, the second is not in direct touch with the penis but with the first one.

Acellular Dermal Grafts are more risky than permanent fillers in my opinion.

The mistake the medical community made for years regarding PE was judging procedures by the safety of the implant material and not factoring in the dangers of the delivery method. Hence permanent fillers were seen as bad and dermal matrix grafts and fat grafts were considered more acceptable. However, the penis doesn\'t tend to do well in surgery, so the chances of a bad reaction to a permanent filler are actually less than the chances of badly damaging the penis when surgically implanting a \"safe\" material.

If you search for results with grafts of this site you will find lots if guys suffering from nerve damage, skin loss, infections and bent penis. It\'s just really hard to attach a graft to a dynamic organ, that requires good blood flow and for which sensitivity is of great importance, without running into problems.

Ultimately you should consider putting your quest for a bigger penis via surgery or fillers on hold for at least 5 years and then come back and see what is new. Because at the moment there is nothing worth risking for a guy with a pensi your size. Forget then lengthening as well. Just be really grateful for the huge penis you have.

Hoddle, thank you very much for your wise words.

By the way, I am grateful for my natural size, but I want more, especially Girth, like many others.
