So this morning I woke up with a ragging hard-on, almost painful. So I decided to measure out of curiosity. If this is any indication of where I will stabilize I will be happy with my first PMMA round. I am assuming collegen production is still to come, but that will have to wait till after week 8.
I have included my pre-op Erect vs 12 day post-op

The slight bump on the left side mid-shaft is my only minor concern. I will deal with it in round 2, 3-6 months from now.

Funny how my skin colour has darkened post-op. But looking at other peoples images, It seems to be normal.

Question- post op does he recommend and give you the stretcher and the pump? I didn\'t see that in the post op instructions. If they give me a pump down there- looks like I\'ll be checking that bag at the airport, huh? hahaha that would look funny on the scanner.

Question- you said the day After surgery Doc put more product in ?? I don\'t recall this in any other thread- do you know if this is common?

Question - Do you think you could of had sex after 11 days? I may have to on day 11 or 12 or suspicions with be very high.

Question- do you get any 1 on 1 time withe the doc to chat, or is it mostly with Wade and Diana?

@brock Dan salas no longer work with him plus I didn\'t want to use a middle man did not see any point of paying extra $500 to use Dan salas services where I already knew what to do I just contacted his straight office #...Dan Salas is not a dr he is like a sales man or a middle man guy .and yes you get a one one with dr and a two on one also ... meaning wade and drc talk to you in a private room before the procedure.

Is better to wait a month if you have 30% but if you get 10% you could have sex in 2 weeks ...but if your goal is to have a fat Dick do not get 10% ...10% and less than 20cc = to less than .39 Girth gains ... I don\'t care what any body says here about they got more Girth than that is bull...

I am not to sure how common a touch up is in the first 72hrs. The assistant will discuss with you on your follow-up appnt.
I had several e-mails with both Wade/Ian and Diana prior to my scheduled appointment. Had a 30-40 min in person consultation with Dr C just before I got prepped.

Best of luck..and pay close attention to the aftercare instructions.

As for measuring, I had mentioned I wasn\'t going to evaluate until 3 weeks, and then again at 8 weeks. I did a quick measurement after day 5. So I\'m not sure if swelling affected the numbers. At that time my FL went from 4.5 to 5.3-5.5. EG at glans 5.0 to 5.4, EGMS 5.25 to 5.75-5.8, EGB 5.6 to 6.25. I will have pics with measurements in a week when I hit 3 weeks.

Can you take flomax everyday just to get that Flaccid hang or is it only to help with the procedure? Also do you know where i can get it?

I was given a 12 day supply by Dr C. I am not sure how you would go about getting a perscription, unless your GP would fill a script for you.

Flomax is given to you as part of your aftercare (with Dr. C). The reason for this is that it helps the penis relax while in the Flaccid state, thus letting it hang longer and not turtle. This helps with the final outcome.

Although I do not recommend taking a drug just for its ability to let your Flaccid hang longer, you can purchase this online fairly inexpensively. If you do not have a medical need for it, I do not see a doctor writing a prescription for you. Make sure you read about it and the possible side effects before jumping onto using it recreationaly.

ADRP- Do you think the outcome with \"the other doctor in Mexico\" was good? I am considering going there because I want to try fixing my misshapenness with an Erection during the procedure, which Dr. Casavates doesn\'t do. I know many people on here think it doesn\'t make a difference but I am out of options and can\'t afford to try the way that hasn\'t worked so many times.

So I\'ve booked my second PMMA and PRP appointment for August, approx 12 weeks after my first. I am very happy with my first procedure, as I\'m holding a current EMSG of 5.9-6.0. Even if I go down a bit I\'m still happy to hold a .75 increase from my first application. At 47 yrs of age I\'m content with this result. . If I can get an additional .50 on my second session I will have reached my goal of 6.25-6.5 EMSG.

I can report no loss in EL, I am using the extender 4-5 hrs a day, and still pumping 2x 10 min daily.

I will also make a third appointment to touch up any irregularities, 3 months after that.

My first sexual encounter will be in a week. I\'ve been with her before, and wonder what kind of reaction she will have when I try to shoe Horn my Dick into her very tight pussy!!

I never understood why you have to follow a pump regimen after getting pamma I thought the point of getting pamma was for not to worry about using pump anymore so your measurements that you have are from the effect of a 20 minutes pumping you doing daily and not from pamma have you try not to pump for a few days to see if you still hold your gains

I was told by Ian to pump for 2 weeks post op. Their theory is the additional blood flow, and light expansion will help the PMMA even out and may help correct small irregularities . Also I do not think 2 x10 min pumps at 3hg is staying with me all day. Maybe if I extereme pumped I could see it affecting size temporally.

All my measurement have been taken in the morning, 6-8 hr after any pumping session. But to test your theory , when I stop the recommendened light pumping in 2 weeks, I\'ll verify measurements

BTW I have measured after the 10 min pump and found a temporary increase in Girth of .25-.3, but goes back to normal 1 hr later

So if you were correct my measurements should have been EGBG 5.7 / EGMS 6.25/ EGB 6.5, but that\'s not what I have been measuring.
