I\'m now 15 Week\'s post OP.. The main problem I\'m having right now is when I fuck my fiance I still feel alot of Pain under the glan\'s on the left side where the implant was sutured. I can not fuck her hard and move the way I use to... Due to the pain. Sex is a mixed feeling of pain and pleasure.. I\'m still trying to distinguish between the two. IF anyone who has the implant can tell me does the pain under glan\'s ever go away? and if it does how long does it take?

Still feel alot of pain during sex under glan\'s... The implant has gotten softer after almost 4 month\'s. But the pain under glan\'s is a major issue for me and I\'m considering having it removed.

Man, that sucks.....its a shame to invest all that money, your time, & your body because you\'re trying to perfect your penis, & sex should be enjoyable & now you\'re thinking if taking it out.....I\'ve been there.

The implant isn\'t comfortable, & is actually painful to some men, or at least feels way off when penetrating a girl.

I hope everything goes well for your buddy whatever you decide yo do.

In my case, the pain in the glans area never went away while the implant was in. It got better in time but was always there. The implant is placed right near the start of the glans so it always rubs against the sexual nerves in that area. After Removal, there is some pain but it is a lot less than when the implant was in,but there is still pain when having sex.

In my case, the best thing was to have it removed to reduce any further nerve damage in the glans and the penile shaft. After Removal, The implant has caused Peyronie\'s curvature and has caused an early case of ED.

I hope you will make the right decision, I know it is not easy. I\'ll try to come back here more often to see how you are doing. Messagman is a great source of support as you already found out...

Good luck....

I'm 4.5mos post surgery. So far so good. I know there's lots of horror stories here. I guess everybody heals/adapts differently. I have seen significant improvement in sensation over the past month. Thankfully sex is good again. The implant is still very obvious and I'm curious to see how it heals. I've said that I will give myself a year and then decide to keep it or have it removed. Kind of like a science project to see what happens. Lol. (And barrage of negative comments ensues...)

I think starting a thread about your experience so far with the elist implant will greatly help all of us see that \"someone\" is actually having a good outcome. I think most readers here will be supportive and understanding. I\'ll be the first to congratulate you once we see your result.
What ya think?

I\'m now nearly at 5 month\'s post OP. I think I found out the reason why I have pain\'s under the left side of my glan\'s. When I touch my penis I can feel the sharp edge\'s on the right side of the penis. That side has no pain. But the left side the implant seem\'s to stretch more under my glan\'s and at certain angle\'s the sharp edge\'s are hitting my nerves/glans. Which results in pain.... I do not know if this will go away in time or only if I remove the implant

The sharp edges will damage the nerves and the pain will never go away, sorry to say.

I am not a Dr, but from the little that I know, removing it ASAP will minimize the damage to your shaft. I had mine for about a year back in 2010 or so (trying to forget) and till today I still have pains near the glans.

The \"lack\" of shaft sensation will increase as the silicon implant rubs and damages shaft nerves and tissue. The body will surround the implant with hard scar tissue, elist calls it \"capsule\" to misguide his victims. This scar tissue will further dull the shaft sensation and increase damage wherever the implant is in touch with the shaft.

I am not trying to scare you, I am telling what I \"think\" is happening.

It is my \"unmedical\" opinion that the sooner it is removed the less permanent damage it will cause.

My Peyronie\'s curvature has not improved in over 8 years due to scar tissue that was never removed by elist even though he promised me to do so!

I still have lack of sensation on top of the shaft and pain when having sex.

If you read my thread and other\'s on this site and Thunderplace, you will see a common experience by all who had it and then removed it. Some may fair better or worse than others.

The elist silicon implant is simply a \"failure by design, a disaster by surgeon and a let down by the medical and legal systems\"

If I could travel back in time, I\'d not do anything to my natural penis!

The only thing I wish now is to have my natural penis back too!!! You stated that after Removal the pain was alot less in the glan\'s compared to having implant inside your penis. How do rate the pain level without implant 1-10? Also with implant 1-10? For me pain with implant now is on scale of 8-9 if I have rough sex.. It prevent\'s me from doing certain sexual moves....

Sorry to hear that you're going through this. Hopefully all goes well with the Removal and you can go back to a normal penis after.

Be very careful with rough sex, if you injure your penis while having rough sex, you will most likely cause an infection and a need to remove ASAP.

I used to ride sport motorcycles with tight leather suits, and I rode ONCE after my implant and the tight leather pants messed up the implant and distorted it and my Dick looked all twisted and strange, It took me weeks of care and wrapping to get it back to what is used to look like before that bike ride.

Who is going to remove it? elist or Dr Alter?
