Help needed for a problem! 5 years 7 months ago #1305532617

Hi.

I came across this forum, and need some help understanding my condition. I have done a bit of research but wanted to know if anyone else has had a similar experience and could give some advice really.

About a year ago maybe just under I had sex with a woman, but I\'d been drinking and I couldn\'t get fully Erect. Obviously being embarrassed I just carried on and didn\'t think anything of it.

After that I started getting pain when I got an Erection and now my penis curves more upwards than it did before (it always has gone upwards rather than to the side).

I am worried about this. I\'ve seen that there is a condition called Peyronie\'s disease but I don\'t want to say it is definitely this when it might not be.

Can anyone please help me?

Thanks in advance for anyone who does help.

If you\'re really concerned about it, this isn\'t the place to get a resolution. Definitely go see a Urologist. They will answer your concerns.

I second this.

This forum isn\'t the appropriate substitution for a medical diagnosis. This forum is better suited to exchange information with those who have similar circumstances, i.e. peyronies, etc, since first-hand accounts are invaluable resources.

Good luck!

Thanks! Sorry, I just wondered if anyone had experienced anything similar, maybe whether it would go away or not.

It is possible that when you were drunk and I assume you had sex without being fully Erect, that there was some injury done at that time.

Pain and curvature is an indication of injury or trauma to the shaft. Do not wait any longer, it has been a year? Please seek professional medical help ASAP, and if you are not happy with one Dr\'s analysis, go see another one. There could be potential of long term problems.

Let\'s know how it goes and good luck.

Thank you!!!

Will the normal GP\'s be able to do anything about this? Or is it better seeking private healthcare?

Thanks.

Hi Bent,

Yes start off with your GP they should be able to check between trauma and Peyronie\'s and if necessary refer on to a Urologist. Best of luck and let us know how things turn out.
