Hello I had HA filler added at PhalloFILL in Houston 4 days ago. I have Foreskin and my Foreskin is swollen. What should I do? How do i massage my penis properly to help filler settle? And how do I have first time sexual intercourse safely after this? Am planning sex on eighth day after procedure.

Are you still able to use a Penis Pump after getting HA or PMMA fillers? Or use a full package pump, one that includes the scrotum and penis?

I am a PhalloFILL provider but I’m not your provider so I’m not going to interject and get between you and Dr Clavell, but he is the one that needs answer your questions post procedure. Your instructions for PhalloFILL states no sex for 10 days so I assume you decided not to follow the instructions. The swelling in your Foreskin is most likely lidocaine collecting there and nothing needs to be done other than give it time. I can’t imagine you were given instructions to massage anything. Remember all protocols on here are not the same and you should not seek advice from a group of lay persons for the post care that may not be familiar with your procedure. Seek advice on how to choose a provider or general info Girth enhancement but PLEASE contact your provider for post care concerns.

You should ask your specific provider about this. It may be different depending on where your Dermal Filler was injected. Different providers inject either above or below Dartos fascia and it makes a difference with the pump.
