According to the website, he uses FFT, PRP, and alloderm. He also uses a laser to cut the suspensory ligament like Dr. Giunta.
There is only one before and after picture on the website as of this writing.

Hi..As a member with a short member (4.5 EL) living in OK I am intrigued at the thought of not having to travel too far to get a lig snip. I plan on making a call and see what his experience is as well as cost structure. My Girth is of average dimensions (4.5 EG) and I have no interest in messing with internal structure of my penis.

Hello HLM, make sure you research the topic thoroughly: it is widely understood that, as a rule, lig cut does not give any additional Erect length; moreover, if proper stretching is not administered after op, you might even ending up losing the non-Erect Girth gained from the procedure.

Is it worth it?

Just start a daily stretching routine, be dedicated, it can take months, even a few years: I believe that you could at least get to 5 inches EL eventually.

I think if your going to stretch everyday anyway I\'d get the lig cut just my opinion

Because it would seem that (non Erect) end results would not significantly differ in the medium run (as for Erect, lig cut is useless to begin with), why going under the knife (and ending up with an Erect penis \"pointing at the floor\")?

Hi..Supa from my research the suspensory ligament is only partially cut in non \"micro-penis\" patients. This technique was originally developed for our poor brothers born with a congenital defect. Obviously a grown man with a 2.5 Inch Erection would not object to a radical or complete lig cut resulting in a \"floating penis\" that is 1 Inch longer when Erect. The whole operation is very basic and the results do vary..according to research by Lancet the average Erect length gain was .47 Inch with 67% of patients being satified with the result. Also it was reported that 97% of the men had a normal sized penis.

Have you got a link to the Lancet research.

Have you ever seen a before and after measured Erect photo posted on any forum?

Don\'t you find it odd that hundreds of guys can produce very clear photos showing obvious Girth gains and to date, not one person has ever been able to produce photographic evidence or an Erect length gain via surgery?

If you would be satisfied with Flaccid gains, then there is real merit to this procedure. But honestly, after years of research I\'m still to find any evidence that it is of benefit regarding Erect gains.

This is an independent study carried out by the a group of the most respected urologists in the UK. None of them earn a living from doing PE surgery. This was very much a research article and thus there was no need to exaggerate the results, as often seems to be the case with these studies:

Sad then. Been reading and considering so this is disheartening when this is clearly a sought after procedure... These doctors list it for no reason? Its popular just for the non-Erect gains? Really?

I\'m seeing him for a consultation in November for a ligament cut. He goes not use a laser like Dr Giunta.which was posted somewhere on this board. I checked with the office. On the fence on whether to do it. FFT/stem cell procedure done by Dr Maercks added an Inch to Erect Girth ..very happy. and smooth with no nodules, lumps or mushy feeling which had been posted on boards. Only issue was it was a gradual slow process for curvature /hence Erect length ..to improve ...but continued to improve. And was touched up with Restylane recently. And now is very much improved. Very pleased with result. Erect curvature issue almost completely resolved. And length Bach to normal. Will wait few months to see if stem cells add any length. Maycheck into Hyaluronic Acid injections into glans of penis to make more proportionate . Overall, very happy with Dr Maercks and would recommend him. He spends s lot of time answering questions, doesn\'t promise unrealistic results, and checks up on you regularly. If I get ligament cut I will see him...although he does not promote the procedure. I would be content with the Girth gain, but am only 5 inches Erect. I\'m afraid I would be the unlucky one to gain only a half-Inch. (Everyone says 1/2 to 2 inches). 6.5 or 7 inches would be perfect. Would do it if I could get 1 or 2inch gain..foes anyone know if size of Erect penis is indicator of how much gain one should get by lug cut.? Another reason I\'m leaning toward it is because of the method Dr Maercks used FFT/stem cell and placement of fat at the base which should reduce risk of retraction and no weights.

I did have a consultation with him(Dr Capriotti) about few months ago for both lengthening and Girth but I still haven't done the surgery. I'm still thinking and looking for other doctors around me in Houston but he is the only one here. I can't make up my mind if I should do it or not because I have read about Dr Loria and have seen his video which seems promising and comfortable but he is in Florida and I'm not able to travel. I'm trying to find more about Dr Capriotti because he is near me and I really need to do something about this problem.
