i had one slightly painful spot that was a little but raised after week one near the glans on the underside, i felt around it a bit to feel what it was under the skin, after that it swole up more and now feels like a maybe quarter Inch thick piece of tissue, with one area that feels like a Nodule. the Foreskin doesnt move over its connected to it. it doesnt hurt to squeeze it at all ive been massaging it and stuff and just started dmso and iodine. but im real worried that its a granuloma. any advice?

Could you post a photo, I think it'll help if you don't mind.

Obviously I can't see the area you are concerned about, but for when you do get around to posting photo's I'll answer in advance. No.

Any other way to do it because its not working for me at all, and I've uploaded photos here before. I tried everything, reducing image size, clicking insert all, nothing is attached after I click submit.

I'm terribly sorry for the confusion. Turns out my developer is implementing controls to upload video files into text boxes and somehow temporarily disabled attachments in general. Should have this fixed within 24 hours.

i added pics, the last pic is what it looked like before it swole up, thats when i could feel a small palpable Nodule that was slightly sore to touch, after that it got bigger and felt like a big firm piece of tissue. can anyone recommend what treatment u would do for this, or Avanti Derma what they would do and if its a granuloma.

ive heard co2 injections i think over the course of three days one injection a day, and ive also heard steroid injections every four weeks for 4 total treatments or something, anyone know which is best? i live in new zealand and flew to perth to see dr Oates but to fly back over 4 times for steroid jnjections would be super expensive. anyone know of any doctora in new zealand that could treat it with steroid? thanks

I'm sure you will be able to find a Dr who will diagnose it as a granuloma, but from our perspective, it's just a lump. Your only concerns should be about the aesthetics and that fact it's palpable. It was never going to be a granuloma from your description.

I don't think it will respond to DMSO etc, or if it does, it wont do so to a degree that satisfies you. I wouldn't bother looking into CO2 treatments either. I think your only real option is to have someone continually pierce it with a cannula to try and break up the main structure and then inject with Kenalog.

I know it's disappointing to have a complication like this, but you can at least relax in terms of it being something more sinister like a FBG.

ok thanks hoddle, yeh it sucks but could be worse like u say. Ok yeh i will talk to dr Oates too and see what he suggests with getting treated with Kenalog.

the dmso has caused it to seperate from an underlying Nodule that the tissues was attached to, (i think thats what it formed around) and maybe very very slightly reduced size so far, nothing significant.
