My doc is having me massage 5 times a day and wrap it with gauze, and other stuff for 2 weeks. PMMA filler. Does this seem like overkill on the wrapping portion?

This is the 2 week wrap.

I saw a patient last week that brought a Stealth wrap/sleeve to wear after his appointment with me and I really liked it. I’m going to order some to play with, but I thought that it kept his penis adequately extended, didn’t irritate the glans/Foreskin area and wasn’t excessively tight. He bought the nude lighter fabric extra long and then doubled back the sleeve over the black portion, which I also thought was very useful.

I truly feel that more can be accomplished with the TubiGrip bandages, by Molnlycke, than can be accomplished with he stealth products . I am speaking from experience as someone who has used both.
with the bandages, you can cut it to fit - any way you like, over the head, behind the glans. OR, have one done long and over the head and the other cut to fit behind the glans. You can add more layers for more compression and shaping as needed.
I can go on and on .
These are good for passive traction once you are healed. It will hold your extended length comfortably enough to wear as long as you want.

Hello guys , big thanks for what you do here and the knowledge you share ! I’m having on Monday HA filler for first time and have some questions. So after HA filler what is the optimal aftercare routine. First 3 days , first week and so on . Do I need to use an extender for an even , symmetrical result or it isn’t necessary?
Do I need to follow the strict protocol you are sharing or just don’t mess with it a lot ?
I’m planning on taking Cialis for the erections and to avoid Turtling?
How long should I avoid High intensity training (I’m an athlete )

You mention you can lose filler to the body cavity if not properly doing aftercare, like where does it go? Like pmma will it go inside the body or into the testicles? How does that work exactly?

One of our many doctors here would be better suited for the medical answer, but suffice it to say, in laymen's terms, that the body has the unique ability to absorb things and process and discard them through a myriad of mechanisms.
So if some filler drains into areas that it otherwise should not be then the body will do what it does best and clean it up and fix things.

This is no longer about aftercare—I am going to move anything further on this topic to a new thread. Please start a new thread for your continued interest in this specific topic.
Additionally, you are now changing the scope of your question to include the introduction of the phrase " isnt done properly " !
1. Where did it become part of the understanding that something had to be done improperly in order for a liquid product to migrate?
& 2. Why on earth would a doctor now want to respond to this question with an underlaying tone of pessimism toward a known potential. IF one does choose to respond, expect a medically correct answer with a fair amount of CYA / CTA .

PS: Aftercare or not - A liquid product can migrate. That is what this entire thread originated over, and how to best control this. And let me reassure you and all others, NOTHING i have ever has done was even close to being Incorrect. and guess what, I had migration into both of the aforementioned cavities.

Sorry i didnt mean to word it like that or come off any type of way, im a week out from my procedure today so just trying to learn about everything the future holds.

How did you know PMMA migrated to your testicles and also your body (guessing abdomen, groin or ligament region)? Can you feel it there? Whats the impact on your sperm quality and your ability to have children since the PMMA is in your testicles? That worries myself a bit, since I do want to have children even after having had done this procedure because I am pretty young.

Let me try to explain this in the easiest way possible that makes sense lol. If we are injecting into the correct plane, then theoretically, that product should be trapped from entering a body cavity like the pelvis or perineum. The testicles are also encased so that a product like this would be anatomically impossible to migrate there.

Where this gets a little convoluted is that once the PMMA starts to do what it is being injected for, i.e. forming fibrotic tissue, it is pretty much locked in place. I guess the time that you would be worried about migration would be the time between when it was injected and when that fibrotic capsule begins to form, essentially days. I guess it would be technically possible, but the product would either have to be placed in the wrong facial planes, at high enough volumes to displace it. But even if so, the chance would be unlikely and require product movement across tissue plans, and possibly some mechanical impetus. I do agree, though the proper aftercare would help mitigate any risk. I just think that the risk would really be low. If that makes any sense.

Okay now how about retraction during those first few days post care? Would that increase the risk of that or would the risk with retraction mainly be lumps forming and rings instead of migration to other areas of the body?
